An amazing invention
We just love our Echo, it has everything you need but the plus point is the quality of the sound. It is as good as my Bose. Ask Alexa any question you want and you will get your answer no matter how bizarre. It plays any music you ask and have yet to say it hasn't found a piece I have asked for. This is one of the greatest assests to my home I have ever had - who needs a husband !!!

Husband likes it.
Birthday present for my husband. He is still experimenting with it, which makes him happy. Daughter, 12, talks to Alexa like a friend and gets loads of interesting answers. (Asked if she knew Siri, for example.) Whatever makes them happy makes me happy.

Amazon Echo is a brilliant addition to our home.
Brilliant piece of equipment. Finding out new things about it all the time. Amazing what it can do. Doesn't play all the music I have asked it to though. Have to pay for Amazon music to get some songs.

I’m so pleased with this device. I was originally looking for a Bluetooth speaker and I’d read that the Echo has a really good speaker. I’m not an expert for the sound is fantastic. Alexa is a bonus, I’ve paired it with my Hive system so I tell Alexa to dim the lights of turn the heating up without having to move! I love the fact that I can listen to songs as they pop in to my head with a simple sentence. My only negative is the fact it’s mains powered. I’d love it to be rechargeable.

Amazed by the sound quality
Bought this after seeing Sister-in-laws Echo Plus at Christmas, we are not really gadgetry people and really wanted this for the music side of things, this said we have found ourselves using it for much more than music, it's a great little piece of technology!

Fantastic how it works. Music sounds are great, its as never say that it can not find my music that I like. sSopping list works great When it wakes you up in the morning given you news and weather for the day.

Great little gadget
I bought this for my 13 year old daughter, as a birthday present. Is got some great sound and very easy to set up. We can talk on it between devices like a Skype call, which is handy when she is 10 meters away in her room. And it plays all her Spotify music on voice command.

Actually works and useful
I’m using this quite a lot, alarms meditation reminders, even set up a smart plug to book kettle from bed. The thing actually works well, speakers not top quality but passable for my flat. Great fun

This Alexa echo is absolutely brilliant
This is so easy to use and the sound quality is fantastic It’s great way to shop, read the reviews and research the product on the Argos website. Then reserve it and collect it from the store with no fuss and keeping the friendly/helpful store staff in a job. I use Argos all time, you get a receipt by email so you can always find it if you need to and you can walk in the store and speak to someone face to face if you have a question. Thanks Argos, fab service

Alexa gives a laugh
Fabulous speaker inside - belts out music of good quality sound, Alexa is set up on the app you download so easy to get going with. Alexa will sporadically pick up words off the tv so be prepared she’ll start talking randomly or set music going with what she’s heard in the title. She also doesn’t understand the Yorkshire accent very well. So I get random replies at times not in relation to what was asked. This aside it’s fun and useful and worth the Money paid and she generally knows her stuff.
