Love it
Bought this with my birthday money while it was on offer so bonus I love it! So does my 2 year old as she’s always telling it to play baby shark! Only down side is it you want to select any song you need to subscribe to either amazon music or Spotify as the free 1s arnt compatable. (£10 a month or £5 for students )

This amazon echo is very useful
I thought this was just another gadget,but it really isn’t. You can easily stream music, ask questions and listen to radio , not to mention set up lighting and other things around your home which do require extra hardware and a little set up.( if you have amazon prime then streaming music is free) Great companion for setting reminders too. When cooking for example ,you simply tell “Alexa” to remind you to do things at a specific time. She never forgets. Good fun above all Highly recommend

Only set this up yesterday so little too early to really review. What I do know though is it’s great if you subscribe to amazon unlimited music at a minimum of £4 a month otherwise it won’t just find music you ask it to play like on the adverts. It’ll only find music if it’s A) Already in your phone or B) If you pay to subscribe. Lights won’t just turn on unless you have Hive, Dominos will only order an easy menu that’s been pre-saved not a new menu. Great for asking it a question sums it up lol

Once up and running Alexa is a great addition to our kitchen, no fiddling about with buttons etc just tell her what you want to hear , radio stations you want etc , well worth the hassle of setting her up

My husband always said he didn't want one , but now he's received 1 for Christmas he absolutely loves it ,from telling you the time , what the weather is going to be like to playing your local radio station , plus 30 free days of music then only £3.99 a month there after , bargin, there's so much more Alexia will do , & that's all the fun of learning .

Great speaker
This is a great quality sounding speaker. It has amazon elexa built in which is great for listening to music, setting reminders, playing games and a whole host of other things. I liked it so much I now have 3 and an Amazon dot on the way !

Handy kit
Amazon's Alexa is currently the "go-to" home voice-recognition AI system, and with kit like the Echo it is easy to see why. Attractive, with good sound, and easy to integrate with other automated systems like Hive, and subscription services like Spotify, it is the market leader for a reason. One isn't enough!

Alexa - Amazing!
Bought for my daughter who is absolutely delighted with it (as am I!) - call ‘Alexa’, ask a question/ request a song or playlist and hey presto! Sound quality is excellent. Mains operated so no hassle with batteries. Unbelievable piece of kit - everyone should have one, or more!

Alexa gets smaller and yet better...
This Amazon Echo has grown up in a good way - the sound is better than the first generation Echo, the product has better voice recognition and it looks the part. Add more than one for each room and you have in my opinion the best personal assistant device, and couple with Amazon Misic (or even Prime Music) and you already have an extremely useful setup, let alone delving into the massive feature list that Alexa delivers.

Love it! So loud and I love the colour. I love how easy it was to buy ( I literally reserved it and picked it up the day after) and the additions to It such as smart plugs and smart bulbs! Best buy. Would recommend definitely!!

Nice product
It took 20-30 minutes to set up. & plays radio well from start. But to get the best from the speaker we took out Amazon music, which costs £9.99 month after three months

Impressive
Decided to purchase an amazon echo whilst getting something else at Argos... great price for what I paid for it ... really easy to set up (about 5mins) Kids love, and we love it...so much so I bought another 4 a few days later so we now have them around the house...even purchased the hive plugs so Alexa now controls my appliances As with all tech it has good days and bad days... just speak clearly ...

Natural to interact with
Such a useful piece of tech, so easy to set up and use. Asking questions seem natural and it also makes a useful radio and inter com system with our echo dot

Not working, need to exchange :(
Unfortunately the item only worked for a little while and decided to stop working later on Christmas Day after my son had opened it. Need to exchange it and hopefully next one will give no problems. slightly disappointing.

Alexa has all the answers!
My son loves it. Answers questions, incites debate, plays music and, for much childish amusement, a random flurry of traf noises when asked to.
