Unfortunately, although this was the exact headset I needed to use at the fitness studio I work at, it had issues - barely any sound when plugged in correctly and that sound went in and out. I decided to contact the manufacturer directly since under warranty and sent it back for repair or replacement - now awaiting it to come back to me. Great For Football Referee
I bought this for our football stadium. We had a lavaliere mic for the ref and it was not working out well. Changed to the Shure SM31FH mic and all is great. I paired it with the Shure Wa360 In-Line Remote Mute Switch and all of the stuff works GREAT!!!!
