Fantastic display
I am very happy with the display. It was a bit pricy to pick up, but the quality is amazing, connectivity is good, and features are not lacking. I only wish it could more easily switch between usb downstream selection (or be able to link it with an input), which would make it a serviceable KVM for two computers.

Excellent wide monitor
I got this monitor to replace my Asus 27-inch 4K monitor and I could not be happier. The colors in the cinema picture profile are amazing and with the proper hardware you can enjoy this piece of art a lot. You need a strong graphics card to drive such a monitor, for me the Nvedia RTX 2070 is more than capable.

TOTAL JUNK!!!
My USB-C connection never worked with my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018). LG promised to fix this issue with the next release but never did. Also my monitor just died. Luckily I have a few days left under warranty :) but looking at probably a month to get it repaired :(

Not compatible with MacBook Pro 2016
Glitchy detection of display when in full screen mode, even after 10.14.2 Mojave update. The only way to make this screen work reliably on MBP is to switch to Picture in Picture mode, one part of screen on Thunderbolt, and other part via HDMI or DisplayPort.

Great Monitor
Keep in mind if you are planning to game on it you will need to have 1 X 2080TI OR 2 x 2080Ti in SLI. In Battlefield 5 With SLI set up im getting 60fps on all Ultra Settings with Ray Tracing disabled. If you will enable Ray Tracing you will get 20 FPS.

Mac Pro 5,1 Creative Must Have
This works great with my Mac Pro 5,1 setup using a Radeon RX 580 Graphics Card. I'm a big fan of the size & 21:9 aspect ratio for mutli-tasking as well as photo & video editing. Setup was simple, had it up and running within a few minutes.

Beautiful Monitor - The rest of the office is jealous
I am very happy with this purchase. The picture quality and color accuracy are what I hoped they would be. I like this much more than using double monitors. My unit works great with my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) running Mojave.

Not Mac Mini Friendly
The software for the LG monitor does not play well with my new Mac Mini. It is frustrating to have to attach a separate monitor in order to use the LG 34WK95U. A monitor such as this shouldnt be such a pain to use.

Perfection in a screen
Initially I was worried when I ordered it after hearing the horror stories of pairing it with a MacBook Pro 2018 BUT I have had no issues with connecting it up easily and viewing on it in its sublime 5K glory.

great monitor
Works great with gtx1070 and windows, adjusting the colors and contrast with the video card gets better results compared to the software for the monitor, The quality is comparable to imac screens

Beware of Thunderbolt Connection
Major issues trying to get this to work with 2018 MacBook Pro 15 connecting via Thunderbolt. Once your machine goes to sleep, forget about using the monitor. Youll have to shut down and restart.

excellent monitor
Does everything advertised and does it well. I am using it with a 2018 MacBook Pro and supplied thunderbolt cable. Not sure why so many complain that it does not work in the config.

Outstanding!!!
This 34 5k monitor has perfect color rendition and high brightness. It works perfectly with my GeForce 1070 GPU. LG monitors are the best I have found lately. Highly Recommended

mac, windows, linux awesome
I use display port with Windows and tb3/usb-c with the Mac, switching back and forth. As a developer, I have my IDE on on side and the browser on the other. I truly am spoiled.

Not working
I tried to connect this monitor to a Macbook pro 2016, and it didnt work. Also, I tried it on my Macbook pro 2017, and it did not work as well. LG customer service was useless.

Does not work
Does not work at full resolution with ether iMac pro or new Macbook pro, despite being advertised to do so. Used every cable, every driver, etc. Just doesnt work.
