Kind of dim, confusing menu
Alongside my MacBook Pro 2018 this display gets about 75 to 80% of its brightness. Its a lot darker than I expected. I also agree with other reviewers: its hard to gauge the color accuracy, and it has a lot of odd choices in the menus. Definitely not pro grade, but acceptable for the price.

Not what I hoped for
I bought this as a second monitor. It is an IPS monitor which I thought would be ideal for photos, but it is not as good as my 2k monitor. The brightness is too low and I am unable to get it the same as my other monitor. Sadly dissapointed.

Great Substitute for an Apple Display
I wanted a monitor that would be a good substitute for an Apple display. By no means do I have a trained eye, but this one certainly does the job, in my opinion. For the price I think its a great value. Would definitely recommend.

Great for streaming
I have been using this monitor for 8 months. It is used with two machines. One MacBook Pro 2014 at 1860x920 pixels and a HP Spectre x360 at 2560x1440 pixels. In both cases the video streaming is perfect for my eyes. Great monitor.

Priced Right - Great Quality
I wanted a high rez monitor for use with FCPX and a MacBook Pro for HD and 4K video. This size and operation is the best value out there, bar none. It didnt break the bank, and its lightweight to take on location.

Beautiful from LG
I have this hooked up to my 2016 MacBook Pro via HDMI using an USB-C adapter. The picture is beautiful and the monitor looks sleek. The MBP graphics translate almost exactly and Netflix 4K UHD movies look awesome.

Fantastic immediately Out of the Box
Incredible color as factory calibrated. The stand was the easiest Ive put together. Could not be happier to have upgraded to 4K as such a great price! (Used with a 2016 MacBook Pro with AMD Pro 460 4gb)

This monitor provides super clear videos/pictures compared to my old FHD IPS monitor. Fonts are not too small since the monitor is only about 2 ft away from my eyes. I hope this one will last a while.

LG 4K monitor is awesome
I like the gloss black frame and stand. Amazing color and brightness. No frills, simple setup with my Razer Stealth notebook. The stand could be better and has no adjustment. Good value for the price

Great Monitor for price
This is my first monitor so I don't have any standards. I think it is great, although I wish it was USB-C. There could be some improvements in the stand as you cannot change height or inclination.

Limited color fidelity
The resolution is stupendous. A great deal for the money, but the monitor is not very bright and color reproduction is limited. If you want to edit photos, you'll need a different monitor.

I bought one of these a year or so ago. When my 2nd monitor went out, I bought two more of them to flank my main monitor. All working well. Great quality, just what I wanted.

Great picture
Great display, a bit misleading in that it has headphone jack but no speakers. The audio claim is a bit off but I run my speakers through it and it works like a charm.

Pretty Good External 4K Monitor
Like everything except the stand, which is fixed height. The bezel of the monitor is pretty thin. I am not sure why the online pictures show the other way.

Second Time buying This Monitor Same Thing
