Got this for my wife for Christmas and then one for my Dad
My wife was frustrated with her Mac Book Air for years and so I finally bought her a Windows machine again and she is totally happy with this computer. This is a good solid computer for light business work, surfing the web, email and such. I would not consider it for processor intensive tasks such as video or photo editing. Unbelievable
This machine does everything you could possibly imagine at a great price. It has a lightening fast start up and everything loads almost instantaneously. My only regret is even thinking about buying it. It could do with one or two more usb ports and the screen is not as sharp as I would have expected, however it hardly detracts from the overall experience. It is also pretty lightweight.

So far, so good, but battery life is a little low...
I've only had the computer about a week and like it so far. I primarily use it to teach an online class. The computer is fast and does what I need, but compared to my old laptop (which I could charge about twice a week and be good), this one seems to require charging nearly every other day. I'm only on it maybe an hour/day, so charging it so frequently seems a little excessive.

Good machine, mediocre screen
The laptop is generally great for its price: generous RAM amount, decent storage, lots of screen real estate, decent trackpad and reasonably fast processor for general use. The real weak point of the laptop is the screen: the quality is mediocre and it ends up being tiring for the eyes after some hours of use.

Business laptop
Machine works well, looks good too. Screen is a little disappointing but I use it connected to 2 external monitors via a USB A 3.0 cable to a Kensington dock which is superb - couldn't get the dock to work on the USB-C port. Overall, reasonably happy so far

Works well
Everything is running as expected. The build is slightly flimsy but I am used to working on a metallic laptop (macbook) so I expected a bit of a change in that department.
