Great laptop
Great laptop so far. Very nice build quality and specs for the money. The battery life is kind of iffy but not bad for a gaming laptop. If you change a couple of quick settings you can improve the battery life a ton. The charger is massive and kind of cumbersome. Overall very happy with it so far and would definitely recommend it. Very good laptop for the price.

Powerful on a budget
Has everything I wanted. Large SSD, 2060 graphics card, i7 processor, 144hz display. You can't go wrong. Plays all games on Ultra so far without hesitation. Battery life sucks and must be plugged in to get full performance while gaming. Fans are loud but with headphones you don't notice. Highly recommended!

Another flawless purchase from B&H
This laptop was purchased for stock trading and charting....very happy with the quality of the video card. Already have one tv monitor plugged via the HDMI port and planning to add two more screens in the future. As far as the service and shipping to UAE is concerned, this is one of many purchases from this store and as usual, flawless...never had any surprise or problem from B&H. Lenovo Y540 Review
The computer runs well but I do see slight tear in the screen when running over watch on ultra and I also find the temps to run slightly hot but that is ok when you use a lap holder

Aesthetically appealing
When, i opened the box i was taken by all black finish with the patterned surface. Powering it up, the lights on the keyboard and on the logo beautiful. I have been doing some gaming and editing on this laptop and haven't experienced any delays in rendering. I hope to learn animation with this laptop and from what i see, it will work well. The display is quite good, good colour. I think i got a good deal from B&H. My only concern is that B&H should include the customs duty fee to the cost of the laptop. The lack of this can make the delivery linger.

Great gaming laptop
Excellent gaming laptop. It runs highly demanding graphics games from 2018-2019 like pubg, apex legends, doom on high settings with no issues. It doesn't overheat, it is light and easy to carry around. The 144 HZ screen is cristal clear, so you won't miss any detail of whatever you are playing/watching. Great Gaming Laptop - Not Super Portable
This computer is a solid laptop that can play AAA game titles in a relatively compact frame. That being said, this is not a super portable/ultrabook laptop. Amazing gaming laptop for the price!
I'm new to PC and I wanted a laptop that was pretty good but not over the top so I didn't have to break the bank. This one works great with all of the games I wanted to play. Pretty much should always be plugged in and the computer comes with a setting where it can be without damaging the battery. The screen is also amazing so don't feel like you need to buy a separate monitor.

Amazing Laptop For The Price
The Y540 is an amazing mid-range gaming laptop considering the price-to-spec ratio (I got mine with an i7-9750H and an RTX 2060). I've had it for about a week and haven't had any problems so far. The 1Tb NVMe SSD is pretty fast and helps with cutting down on loading times and the 16Gb of RAM are more than enough. I've had this laptop for 2 days and I am very impressed. It is relatively lightweight and definitely powerful. The trackpad is the best trackpad i've ever used on any windows laptops. Huge value here, especially with the bundled modern warfare. The RTX2060 is a champ and I love the 144hz screen. Doesn't have all the flashy exterior design aesthetic some people dig but I personally despise. Looks good, great performer.

I am a die-hard Dell fan, but the price was too good to ignore. I like the Lenovo (which is the old IBM) keyboard and mouse pad better than the Dell equivalent. My warranty start date was wrong (way off by months), but I have contacted support and they should have that corrected this week. I recommend an internal HD or SSD for data storage. Gaming Work
This is the best gaming laptop work laptop for the price. The minimalistic look makes it a great choice for the workplace but the performance allows you to run any game you want at great performance. This will be my primary laptop for a long time especially with the 1Tb ssd.

I love it !!!! Run smoothly , powerful (personally,i love the noise that bursting from the laptop , although it's not so noisy) I bought it for editing my footages which i'm shooting in 4k heavy files and they run like,,,, with adobe premier cc . amazing piece
The laptop is fast and solid, it runs demanding 3D realtime software effortlessly. I have already used it in several high pressure situations where it needs to be portable and still provide high performance and it was excellent. It is easy to carry around in one hand and the screen is clear and crisp.The only thing I miss is an ENTER key on the far right of the keyboard. I highly recommend this laptop for situations where you need high performance, robustness, and portablity.
