I love this Volka series
Awesome synth, a true replica of Yamaha DX7, lots of control, fat sound and true analogic synth, the only one thing I'm missing is atertouch, but I can give it 99 points. I'm in love with this volka series.

Excellent module
Right out of the box without any look at the manual this thing is super fun. Patch tweaking is easy and building patterns is effortless. This is the perfect edition to my RefaceDX to form an FM powerhouse. I wish Korg had a native app for iOS to exchange sysEx data rather than third party, online options but hey its an affordable little synth. Worth it.

if Dexed software is free then why get this
Dexed vst has Velocity controls... and sounds GREAT..and it is free. so...why get this....for most, this is NOT necessary... i only will get it for one reason... bec i collect small things... otherwise...besides, portability..this thing has no reason to exist...with all its limits and faults.

KORG Volca FM Digital FM
Amazing sounding synthesizer. Right out of the box it sounds awesome without any tweaking at all. I just got mine and can not believe how great it sounds... I am not a keyboard player but do know some music theory. With the limited skill set I possess every pattern I play on the FM sounds awesome, like a song from the radio.
