I bought this footswitch pedal for doing punch-ins/outs with both my Fostex 4-track cassette recorder and computer, but it is also working out really well as a multi-function pedal for use with my midi controller. I'd highly recommend this for anyone in need of a cheap but solid momentary switch for recording & MIDI functions.

I purchased this foot pedal to use as a shutter release for a DSLR camera. I purchased it knowing that it might need some modification, and this particular item has not only been easy to modify, but it is a sturdy piece of equipment, and was not expensive!
