A must-have for Rookie pilot
This is a must-have for rookie pilot and all for a daredevil pilot that will go where no other drone has went to get great extreme footage. This will definitely help you from crashing and ultimately saving you money from major repairs to your drone.

No instructions, does not snap on.
So I think the idea of prop guards is a good one, but these come with no instructions on how to mount. Looks like I have to unscrew some screws ant then mount semi permanently. Then the copter will not fit in its box. Wish they snapped on and off.

Must have, especially for beginner
The first time I flew my Phantom 2 Vision+ I didn't have the prop guards on, the machine tipped over at landing. Nothing was really damaged but the props got a little nicked up. I definitely won't fly again without the prop guards installed

Props will CRASH your P2.
I started descending and it lost control and crashed. This happend 3 times. Luckily I was only about 2o feet up testing the props. I looked it up and it is called prop wash. If you don't want to lose your expensive P2 do not install these.

Waiting for version 2.0
A great safety accessory for the phantom. However once the guards are screwed on , it is virtually impossible to fit the phantom in any bag while walking in the field. I wish they had the foresight to design a simple clip on/off version.

You Need These!!
A tip over landing the Phantom Will Happen, even if you're an accomplished pilot. These guards will save your props. Get four and paint the front (camera facing) two a brite color so you can orient the machine if you get disoriented.

Prop saver!
I have really been extremely pleased with these prop guards. They have saved me from potentially damaged props while I hone my skills! You can't go wrong with these! I don't use the string with mine and haven't noticed any issues!

Must have
Attaching them to the Phantom 2 was quick and easy. They are well balanced and did not seem to make any change to the actual flight of the craft. Must have for first time fliers, and for wooded areas or with alot of trees.

DJI Prop Guard
Made by DJI. Fits well, easy to put on. For beginners it's a good security blanket. If you tip the Phantom or touch a wall while flying nothing bad happens. So far I haven't noticed any detrimental effects in flying.

Necessary for Beginners
The guards are necessary for two reasons: 1) saves buying new propellers every time you bump into something or land off center; 2) safety feature to avoid injury if spinning propellers come in contact with skin.

Finally got it.
I am a user of phantom3 and phantom2. I got props guard for Phantom3. It is totally same with Props guard for Phantom2. It includes just Hex wrench. If you have Hex wrench, I recommend Props guard for P2

Can Save You a Hastle
Get these for your Phantom, especially if you're a new RC flyer. Can save your props and might even be much more safer around people. About 2 minutes to install or remove with the proper screwdriver.

Prop guard
Without prop guard I would have to have bought 3 or 4 sets of propellers already, with the strings of course. Now I will install life jackets on the running gear when I fly over the water........

Must buy for beginners
First day the Phantom arrived, I broke 2 propellers accidentally, next day I was placing an order for these, they protected my Phantom from further damage when I accidentally hit a lighting pole!

Already save me from a crash!
Must have for any DJI Phantom! My DJI Phantom got extremely close to tree branches and the guards protected the propellers and from a disastrous crash. Sturdy frame and easy to assemble.

A must for early in the learning curve
These saved me many broken props while I was learning the quadcopter. They should come with it. As you get better you might want to remove them as they can get into your video.

Definite necessity for Phantom
Works as described. Protects your blades and pays for itself the first time you tip over while motors are spinning (easy to do!!). No real noticeable affect on flight.

Great Product

Skip them
Prop guards are flimsy and time consuming to install. The drone would not fit into my case once installed, so they will stay off. If ordering again I'd skip these.
