Not perfect for 7.85" monitor
it might work fine for the smaller CrystalSky display connected to spark controller (USB port facing another USB port in one plains). The oversized 7.85" screen is to wide to comfortably operate the controller as it sits above the screen (where normally the smart phone goes). Using a sunshade on the monitor makes operating the whole setup even more difficult and your thumbs will get scratched by hard plastic that is in the way. There is machined adapter on the Internet that works with other version of the dji bracket (for phantom controller) and I will try that instead.

Perfect for the smaller 5.5 inch CrystalSky monitor!
Since the Mavic Pro controller is very small, you should keep the monitor smaller too. The 5.5 inch monitor works like a charm on this controller! This bracket is the best design I've used for the Mavic Pro!
