Ive been using this Dell U3818DW monitor for about a month now and here are my thoughts so far: It arrived from B&H well-protected in its huge (and heavy) factory box. Wow - Game Changer
Note: Ive never used a 144hz monitor and Im told Id never go back - I dont know if thats true or not, but not regrets about purchasing this monitor! This monitor is great. Build quality, great. This 38" beast replaces two 24" monitors that I have been using and is much nicer. It is a great monitor, plug it in and away you go and I dont seem to have the banding issues that some users talk about. Perfect for multi-computer multi-screen replacement
Sitting in front of this is like looking out the windshield in your car from the drivers seat. Its expansive. If youve worked with multiple monitors and the bezels that break up the visual flow, its amazing what dropping that does visually. The most gorgeous and functional monitor I've ever seen
This monitor is spectacular. B&H had the cheapest price for this brand-new (June 2017) monitor, and so I leapt at the opportunity. One NEW & One Open Box
I bought 2 of these monitors. Both worked from the get-go, and function perfectly. WIN10 correctly installed the drivers. Just be sure everything is connected correctly BEFORE you turn on the computer I use this with a Sapphire video card. I now have DELL 2-34" on top, and 2-38" on the bottom (each pair side-by-side). Use these primarily for market chart displays for trading. Curved monitorsare very nice, because of the short viewingdistances. I can read text comfortably at 34". NICE!

Awesome product
I have a macbook that I was using to work on my phd at home. The little screen was just killing my eyes, especially with multiple apps open. Not any more. This 38" monitor is AWESOME. It is the daddy rabbit. Colors are absolutely amazing. The sound is great too. Hookup was a breeze via HDMI cable. And the size allows 3-4 full size pages up at one time. In the end, I am very pleased with this monitor and do not regret spending the money. Highly recommended.

Great Monitor
I have been watching this monitor for quite a while and after buying a Dell Precision I made the jump. Shipping was fast and it arrived early. I didnt have to pay sales tax with B&H unlike many of the other vendors I found on-line. I would definitely recommend this monitor and B&H. I have done business with B&H for years as I manage a performing arts center and we bought a lot of professional gear from them. We always got great service.

Super Monitor
It's not perfect in every way, but overall it is an amazing monitor. The resolution and details are excellent, the real estate is excellent too. With regards to picture quality, another IPS monitor that I have seems better in terms of better contrast and brightness linearity. Perhaps some calibration will improve things, we'll see. Otherwise it's a very top quality monitor.

Not Flicker Free
Dell U3818DW purchased in Feb 2018. I tried different computers, different cables, drivers, firmware updates all to no avail. Monitor driven at native resolution and 60hz. I even tried split screening and driving the panel at 1920 x 1600 x 2.I put a video up on Youtube you can find it by searching for "Dell U3818DW flicker"

Brilliant
We have several of these in the office and each one of them is wonderful. It's hard to understand just how much work-space without actually sitting down with one and it's equally hard to go back to a regular sized screen after using the u3818dw.

Outstanding monitor!
I use it for Photoshop & Lightroom on a MacBookPro. Although the monitor is tested for Windows machines, It works fine when connected to a Mac. I read the reviews before purchasing and my expectations were surprisingly exceeded.
