A good buy
I bought this product specifically due to its outstanding noise canceling feature. I have been using it for about 2 wks now, and so far it's working pretty good. It is excellent product for the travellers. You will be relax in the flight or in the bus with noise cancelling feature. It is the best product for noise cancelling but it is not 100% canelling

Great flight companions
Not a fan of in the ear anything and constantly fly. These make the plane noise and most everything else go away offering the best atmospheric tranquility. If you listen to music then you won't even hear the crying brat kicking the back of your chair, or their mother encouraging them via words to behave or the nice man in front of you will get mad. Too late was already mad at the undisciplined rotten little.... Worth the high price tag- quality is obvious.

Peace on a long flight
These are the first pair of noise cancelling headphones that I could wear comfortably for a 14 hour flight. And the roar of the cabin noise was reduced to a whisper. Even better, the sound of music and the movies was enhanced at a lesser volume. I got off the aircraft feeling much fresher than usual. The phones were worth it for that alone.

Great headphones
I use these for video editing in a noisy open office that is also next to a construction site. For the most part they have been extremely helpful in blocking out the sounds of machinery and loud conversation. I couldn't do my job without them.

25 is an improvement, but not worth it
Compared to my Bose QC 15, this one is not worth the upgrade.Let us start with the PROS: in terms of comfort and portability, the 25 is definitely better. The noise cancellation also improved slightly.As for the CONS: the new sound signature is not for me. I prefer the 15 over this one. The 25 has forwarded bass which is not what I want. I prefer to have better clarities in the mids and high. If you are a bass person, I guess this headphone is for you. If not, then look else where.

They Really Work
Bought apair for my partner and I for the flight home from NYC, they really do cut the noise of the engines out yet can still hear the safety talk.Not so tired after the trip.Only annoying aspect for me, felt the headband on the top of my head- a pressure point. But partner didn't complain, so I'm sensitive.

Outstanding Performance
I couldn't rate these headphones highly enough for their comfort, audio quality and noise cancelling performance. I have had five sets of noise cancelling headphones over the years (Panasonic, Sony and Bose, all trialled in many aircraft in many countries) and these are by far the best. Exceptional value for money.

The Best Noise Canceling Headphones
I have purchased other noise canceling headphones for airline travel, but I was blown away by the quality and durability of the Bose QuietComfort 25. I was hesitant about spending the money, but the first time I used them was on a flight from New York to San Francisco and it was worth every penny. Amazing noise cancellation
I have definitely heard much better quality headphones for a similar price. However the Noise canceling on these is too notch. That alone makes the price worth it.

A must buy item!
Incredibly impressed with the performance of these bose headphones, noise cancelling works outstandingly, padding is really comfortable over ears and not a problem to wear for a long haul flight. Very good quality feel in general. Sounds are crisp and perfect. Having almost fell for dr dre headphones these are absolutely on another level! AAA battery lasts a long time after a good month of daily use and still running fine. One problem the inline remote volume control doesn't work with Samsung S4. Though works fine for Apple.

Excellent if your purpose is for travel!
The seal on the audio without 'the noise cancelling powered on' is good enough for basic listening, the sound when the NC is off is liveable, so I have it off at home when it isn't noisy and for basic audio listening to save on the battery. When the NC is switched on,the humming frequencies are tuned out but sharp erratic voices will still come in. Amazing noise cancelation
The noise cancelation is amazing on these - best I've ever seen. The carrying case is best in class, with a smart slot for an extra battery and airline plug. I wish the sound quality was better - the highs and mids are not as good as they could be, and the headphones are a bit bassy. If you care more about noise caneclation and can live with decent but not great sound quality, the QC25 is a good selection.
