Esc key on Touch Bar stinks
Much faster computer than my older 2012 laptop but if you use any type of program where the ESC key is part of the workflow like Photo Mechanic or Photoshop/ Camera Raw you will be constantly brushing up against the touch bar ESC key and it will close your window and possibly lots of work. Its a pointless touch bar it wastes time for people already familiar with function keys. Apple could have put the thumb id elsewhere.

Great computer
I primarily bought this for development on MacOS. This is a great machine for that; I've never wanted for extra power. I'm also a fan of Apple's ecosystem (iPhone, HomePod, HomeKit, iPad, AppleTV), and this adds to that experience. The keyboard feels good to me; hopefully it is reliable. I have a PC as well and really enjoy the OS quite a bit more than windows. This isn't great for gaming though.

Great Upgrade
When my 2012 Macbook Pro started to lose it's speed, I started looking to upgrade. The price was a little high, compared to the $1100 I paid back in 2012, but I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Watching movies on this laptop is like sitting in a movie theater, and the graphics are amazing! Fastest processing speeds I've seen in a while. If you're on the fence, I say go for it!

Christmas Came Early
After much consideration and planning I finally made my purchase! I could not be more elated with the customer service and ease of my purchase! Great!
This computer is perfect. First Apple product I've bought. Great screen, easy to navigate, loads quick, enough storage. I had a really old laptop before this so this was a nice upgrade. Only thing is it gets hot when I use certain Adobe software and the fan goes full blast even though there's no dust or dirt and I use it on a desk. Overall, I love it!

Really Disappointed GPU AMD
I boght this computer hoping the best quality for the Brand like Apple but I expect more from them. Working in a project with video edition in premiere pro the GPU micro Amd has a high temperature and giving me unexcpected lines on the screen. Just buy it if you want to had bad experience. I think this kind of product should have better guarantee free

Finally Went and Upgraded
I am coming from a mid 2009 macbook pro i bought from B&H over 10 years ago and had refreshed with a SSD which brought life back to the laptop. I finally upgraded and love the laptop. Touchbar and retina display is a nice. I wish Apple had more options instead of integrated HD or memory but hopefully this one lasts me just as long.

Fast and Reliable
This is my 4th MacBook Pro and the upgrade was easy. Transferring the old stuff from the older Mac to this one took about 12 hours but everything works including adobe suite and I didnt have to find the serial number. The machine is fast and Im happy. I dont know why the dark grey cost less but thats what I have.

Expensive but very good performance!
Works well on Protools and Premiere with 4k videos. I'm still trying to make better use of the touchpad but I think it might be an interesting tool for editing shortcuts. Only thing I can not understand is Apple take out the SD card slot. That was a stupid decision. Other than that I recommend the product!

King
I bought the max out one. It is solid and super fast. I was in doubt regarding this one and the razer blade 15 4k. This one is not 4k, but a monitor resolves that. The system for me is way better to perform in productivity, that's why this one was my choice. Can easily edit 4k videos and play some games.

The Jury is still out
The famous Apple MacBook Pro is only two weeks old and I am already having problems. The keyboard has sticky keys that seem to get worse with the time of day. Also the laptop has failed to boot several times even when plugged in to the charger. Things must improve to keep from returning to B&H.

PROBLEMS WITH THE STAND BY MODE
I love my new Mac. I only have one problem. When I close it, it doesn't put in Stand By and the battery goes down. Even if I press the Stand By button and close the Mac, it keep consuming the battery. I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem or if it's a software problem.

This Thing Will Launch Rockets
I love this laptop! Its super powerful; I had adobe Illustrator, photoshop, AND after effects running with no problems at all. This is my first laptop and its amazing to be able to make assets on the go. Designers, Illustrators, and animators, say hello to your new mobile studio :)

fast as heck
i didn't know how slow my old machine had gotten till i got this. i will add though that it gets hot fast when doing heavy image processing and that the battery life is not what i would have expected. Even doing super low-intensity stuff the battery only seems to last 4-5 hours.

Great Laptop
So far the Mac Book Pro has performed very well. It is fast enough for all my photography needs. It runs photoshop and Davinci resolve very quickly with no issue. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone who needs a powerful computer for their editing needs.

Great new system
This laptop is fast! I purchased this laptop to run multiple virtual machines for a college class and it run the flawlessly. With the Vega 20 graphics on board it guaranteed great gaming performance for those moments I have to unwind and relax. Very recommended!

Great Laptop
This laptop was just what I needed to be able to edit my photos when away from my iMac. I use it with an external hard drive. If you are running Photoshop and Lightroom I do suggest at least 1TB. Screen nice and clear. Easy to set up.

macbook pro 2019 review
I purchased the macbookpro and immediately after opening the laptop I inspected the camera and it was blurry. In fact it was blurrier than my older macbook air which does not even have retina display. I don't know how this could be ?

Touch Bar and keyboard are not how it should be
Touch Bar is a completely useless feature. Keyboardis not convenient for real work. Make sure you try it well before you buy it. Apple has gone crazy with these features. There must be better options on the market.
