Pretty good deal.
I use thes lavs with an H4N and/or 5Dmk3. They work fine for video spots and minidoc production. They're lightweight with decent pickup. Nothing fancy. I'm not sure that it would be wise to use them for dramatic narrative or really, really sound crucial projects. The transmitters/recievers body might survive a tumble onto pavement, but I wouldn't bet on a direct drop. LOTTA noise if any cables get jiggled or the jack isnt seated well, and the jack... doesn't always seat well at the first go.

Awesome Entry Level Audio
We use this to create web videos on short notice. The audio quality is great and the 16 channels give us freedom from interference. Everything is ready-to-go out of the box. No configuring, just plug and play. Highly recommend.

Quality Mics
I am using the mics with a Tascam audio recorder. They do a good job, give good quality sound and are easy to use. To my ear the sound lacks some fullness but that could be due to a lack of experience with the Tascam. Regardless for the money they are good value if you need wireless lav mics.

Glad I made this Purchase
Works just the way you'd think a wireless mic works. i do wish it had more options and a little more distance. but for the price it works great and have decent sound quality

Not a fan
Bought 3 of them for doing on-camera video interviews shot on DSLR. Using the Polsens with XLR connector into a Zoom H6 digital recorder and syncing the sound later. Ease of use, packaging and apparent build quality all good. What I'm disappointed in is that there seems to be a fuzziness kind of noise that is greater with the amplitude. Except for that the audio that is captured is good.

Great system for the price
I do a lot of videography of lectures, conferences and seminars. I use this system to mic presenters. My standard setup is to use 1-2 of the Polsen mics on the presenter(s) and a Rode Videomic Pro on a bracket above the camera to capture room sounds. These feed into the Tascam DR-60DmkII mixer/recorder. The sound quality is excellent, and interference has not been an issue. The included lav mics are good, though as another reviewer noted, they di... Show More

Nice System
I use this wireless system for recording audio to my Canon 60D DSLR. It's obviously pretty cheap and plastic, but the audio quality isn't all that bad. Way better than just using the built in microphone. Sometimes there is excessive amounts of static or white noise at certain frequencies, but you can usually get rid of it pretty easily by changing frequencies or creating a more direct line of sight pathway. It's definitely been a good buy thus far, and is good enough quality until I can afford something much more expensive.

Excellent Value
Sound and ease of use is very good. I was nicely surprised at the quality I received for the relatively minimal cost.

Awesome
This product worked better than I expected it to considering its price to other expensive wireless lavalier mics. The sound quality is clear and it is easy to hide. There's 16 channels to choose from and I have not had any problems finding a clear channel so far. My only nitpick is that I wish there was a hold button or a lock for the channel knob to avoid missing audio. Besides that this device works great! Well worth the money!

Very Happy
After trying a cheaper product I'm glad I spent a little more money and found this product. The sound quality is 10 time better than what I had. No clothing noise, no wind noise, no plosives. Loving it.

Decent System
I had been eyeing this system for a while when I decided to order one. It has a plastic construction but as long as neither of the units are dropped they look like they will last for some time. I've used my system several times now and I've never had a problem with frequency interference. The microphone that comes with the system is small, easy to hide and produces good quality sound; I can literally hear nothing but what the subject who is weari... Show More

Excellent for a low price
I used my Polsen ULW-16 with my H4nM Zoom to record interviews. The unit provides a clear sound - compatible to other high end equipment I have rented in the past. I highly recommended for anyone working with a Zoom device or a dslr camera. This product has worked as well as other high end equipment I have rented in the past.

A great Value!
I purchased this wireless microphone system to use with my DSLR video productions. Mostly, just talking head videos for youtube, and I must say, the sound quality is better than I'd expected. For the price, I don't think there's anything else out there that even comes close. To be clear, this is NOT professional grade equipment, and the materials are decidedly consumer grade (plastic body for transmitter and receiver, etc.), but at this price, I can accept that.

Great Performance vs Price
I wanted an inexpensive unit for the few times I need it. This mic system worked the way it was intended. It is made from plastic and I don't expect it to last forever...but at this price point, I wouldn't expect it to.
