Easy to use & effective
I got the lifter with the wireless headset, for use at work. I've had no problems with the lifter, it is responsive, and I can be two floors below my office and easily answer phone calls. The only challenge I've found is that the lifter sits over the speaker on the phone, and so my office is no longer as conference call friendly.

Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way
This is definitely a must have when you purchase a wireless headset system. This makes answering the phone so much easier. This allows you to answer your phone while you are away from your desk. If you're purchasing a wireless headset system you wouldn't want to have it any other way!

HL10 Handset lifter
Everyone in the office has one. We haven't had any other lifter. This is the second one we have had to replace in 6 of use. We still like them. The delay upon pick up when a call is transfered is annoying but we live w/ it.

Handset Lifter
This is wonderful used with the wireless headset. Easy to get used to. Very convenient. Can answer the phone when I am in another office, so I don't have to keep checking voicemail.

This product did not work with the phone we had. Either would lift the handset off the phone or not hang up properly.
