The lens is exactly what I wanted/needed. My only caveat is that I thought a lens pouch was included. Thank you B&H for your super fast shipping. I've bought before and will most likely do so again.

Perfect lens
I got this lens for my Olympus Mark II. I absolutely love it. It's sharp and the colours are rich. This is my favourite lens so far.

Must have
There's a million reasons to buy this and none not to. It's under $150. If you own a LUMIX frame, then you buy quality stuff. So being able to get a quality lens for this price is insane. And it's blistering fast. It's my favorite portrait lens for my gh4.

A true bargain.
I'd been thinking of getting a 2nd small, fast prime for my m4:3 system. when I saw this one on sale I thought I'd give it a try. It is sharp edge to edge, corner to corner at any f stop. I have absolutely nothing but praise for it. It is exactly what I wanted. I use it for low light situations when traveling with my Olympus 14x150 f4/f5.6. Whole kit weighs less than 2lb using my EM-1.

M4/3 Nifty Fifty - But Better
Incredibly impressed by this lens. It has been on the body since I received it in the mail. Its incredible how sharp it is wide open and the background blur that it renders is smooth and pleasing to the eye. Definitely one of the first lens to purchase with your micro four thirds system.

Very good lens
For its price (I got it for $147.99) it's amazing. I know there are better lenses around within the same focal length and aperture range, but they would be at least x3 more expensive. No way they are 3 times better. It's sharp, fast, with beautiful bokeh. I would buy it again for this price.

Great little prime!
I just recently bought an Olympus EM 10 mark ii and decided to buy this lens based on multiple good reviews. It's really a great little lens and is now my walk around lens for my Olympus.

Great lens for the price
This lens is a super deal for the money and renders very well. It is a bit of a plasticky build, but for this price that can be expected. Super fast shipping from B&H. I would highly recommend

Worth Every Penny.
At this price point, just buy it. It gets clear, crisp shots at F1.7 and it's a killer portrait lens to have in your bag for any occasion.

Nice Fast Prime for the Price
Everyone should have a nice fast prime in their kit and, for the price, this one performs very well. I was looking at some off-brand MFT manual lenses for less with a max f/1.1 for my GH4. A price drop in this lens made me purchase this Panasonic prime instead. This lens is much better in the corners than I saw in others and, since it still has a nice max f/1.7. I still get that low-light benefit and shallow depth of field to produce some nice Bo... Show More

Great value and highly recommended by review sites
I was looking at the Olympus 25mm f/1.8 for $399.00 and found this one for $100 off. A couple websites that reviewed this lens and especially imaging-resource.com really showed how comparable both are. Also, customer reviews that have Olympus cameras using this lens speak of how great this lens is too. I was sold. Even not on sale, it is worth saving $150. It is light weight and decently fast focus. I am very happy with it.

So clean
I scored this with the $100 rebate, and it is a great little lens, especially for portrait and close-ups. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a small, light, portable lens that actually does well in darker conditions.

Terrific Normal
Couldn't ask for more, at least not for a normal price ... meaning I'm not comparing it to such things as Zeiss-for-Sony or Sigma-for-Nikon/Canon normal lenses with 4-figure prices. Distortion is practically non-existing, corner shading is minimal and disappears very early in the f/stop range ... f/2.5 by my eyes. AF is very fast and positive. Aesthetically, appearance and MF feel nothing special, but no problems either. It does NOT have that "cheap stuff" look or feel but doesn't seem to scream "premium product" either. For what this lens costs, I feel like I stole it :-)

Great Beginner Lens
I bought this lens as my first prime for the micro four thirds system. This lens is very good for the price and produces sharp images if you nail the focus. The focal length is a classic. A 50mm equivalent. I shoot this lens on my Olympus OM-D EM 10 Mark II. The auto focus is very fast. The one downside would be the plastic build but even then for the price it is very good.

Excellent Normal Lens
AF is very quick, at least on my Pen-F. I didn'tuse it on anything else yet. There's practicallyno corner shading at f/1.7. None noticedat f/2.8. If there's any distortion, it's nothing visible in typical use. Hasn't been a reflection problem, ad sharpness is more than necessary for my 20MP M43 camera, even wide open. The hood is included, the current price of $150 is so low it's too LOL, and the lens weighs almost nothing. Focus is internal, ... Show More

Great price. Great lens.
Just got this for my GH4. I have the 12 - 35 2.8 and wanted to get something a little faster with better bokeh. I love this lens. Super sharp very lightweight and much better bokeh than the 12-35 2.8. Construction is cheap and its all plastic except the flange but for the price thats not an issue. As an FYI the diameter of the lens is smaller than the 12-35 so any lens caps or nd filters are not going to be compatible.

Great lens for the money
I purchased this lens to use with my Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mk II. I needed a fast lens for indoor photos under moderately low light. Although I haven't had the opportunity to test the lens under those conditions, but from the tests I've done I would say the lens more than meets my expectations. The photos taken wide open seem sharp at 100% magnification, from edge to edge. The lens focuses rapidly and works well when put into manual mode. Missing is ... Show More

Great Lens and Great service.
Very nice lens for the price. Fast to focus on the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark III and sharp as well. The hood was missing from the package, but quickly replaced by B&H.

Great affordable 25mm
This Panasonic 25mm is a great addition to the G-series cameras - at such an incredible price! You will get decent bokeh effects when shooting subjects within 5-10 feet and exceptional bokeh when shooting within 4 feet.

Sharp, but chancy autofocus, hood won't fit
I want to love this lens but I'm wary. Images are good but the autofocus is all over the place, hunting and not settling down. I've switched to single focus with this lens on my GH5 because continuous autofocus is a mess. And the lens hood simply is too big to fasten onto the lens -- though a local camera store says they can do it. I'll ask them today to prove it!

Great Prime Lens
This lens is small, lite, and has quick focus. Comes with a lens hood that can be revered for easy storage. Manual focus ring is large and very smooth as well. Works great in low light and all my photos have been very sharp. The only small quibble I have is the the manual focus takes a while to go from one end to the other, but this is minor annoyance. It's a great fit for my G-85. At this price point I don't think you will find a better micro 4/3 prime lens.Note: I am an enthusiast level user.

Great lens with minor issue
This is an excellent lens. It has a plastic body but the mount is metal, which is where it counts. (Some of my Olympus lenses have plastic mounts.) The one issue I have with the lens is that the trim ring that needs to be removed to mount the hood is very tight. So tight that I cannot remove it without the aid of a rubber band wrapped around the trip ring for added grip. I also have an issue with B&H. They recommend the OP/Tech 301 punch, but that pouch is too short. I've returned the 301 and ordered the OP/Tech 253, which should be a better fit.
