So much potential, great hardware, terrible software

When they work they sound and look great. But audio is one of those things that should just work everytime, it's not complicated. Eletricity flows through, sound comes out. Logitech makes this very complicated and buggy to end. In the past 6 months I've troubleshooted these speakers almost weekly. There is wisdom in avoiding generation 1 products.

Whatever you do do not upgrade this product. It works just fine without it and as soon as you upgrade it it fails miserably.
