I think these will be great for actually tracking .They are not loud ,but my deck is and I might be able to do some good things while keeping the mic from getting escaped sound during vocals due to the closed back nature . I have done some singing with them on without a mic and I could hear the music nicely and hear myself keeping in tune .for the price you cant go wrong for personal use as well.

Good bang for your buck
They are a great value for the price. The sound quality is good. The only con I noticed was that they are a bit heavy for long continuous use.

Terrific Value
Since I do a lot of recording for audio books and commercials I need headphones that are light and comfortable. These fit the bill and deliver good clear sound. And the price ... can't be beat!

Good quality for the price.
Yet again Behringer come up with a low cost product that works great. Running a studio and radio station with multi use from these headphones,they stand up to the test and the sound and build quality is great,at this price I would recommended buying them and keeping a few pair spare.

Exactly what I needed
So I spent a half hour walking around the store looking for headphones and couldn't find any. Searched for keyboard headphones at home. They look nice, work well, and were very inexpensive. I had no second thoughts about buying these, nor do I have any regrets.

You get what you pay for
11 year old kid sister gets a lot of mileage out of these for general Netflix use and the likes, but generally they're not that great. Very, very muddy sound with no resemblance of sparkle to be found. I wouldn't recommend these for the sound they produce, but they're dirt cheap and decently comfortable as well.

Acceptable for the price
Could use more bass response in the low end. I listen to heavy organ music, and it really doesn't produce 32 hz very strongly. Highs and mids are good. For the price, I don't think you can go wrong. The headset is light and comfortable.

Best Cheap Headphone on the Market!
Bottom line: These bad boys aren't 100% indestructible given their construction out of plastic, but boy do they ever have a nicer sound than I've heard from headphones that cost me 4x as much. I use these on my computer with a virtual surround amp and the sound is rocking on movies and TV. Music sound pretty good too. For the price, you're hard pressed to find anything better.

i decided to go for this to play music at home - plugged straight from the guitar amp - i wanted something that blocks external noise a little bit. i am overall happy with it - the sound is fair, it does block enough noise. Dont expect miracle, it still sounds cheap, not comfortable (ok for 40 minute practice, not to listen to music all day) and it also feels very plastic-ky. for the price it's hard to beat.

Great Value but Annoying ear pieces
These babies sound great for the price. I bought a bunch for my music classes to use with keyboards. The big problem, and I won't buy again because of it, is that the black ear pieces fall off often and are difficult to put back on.

Great to have some extra coverage on the cheap
These sound umOK. They aren't for anything resembling critical listening, but if you have a couple more musicians than you have sets of quality cans, these certainly get the job done. I expect for someone that is currently listening to music with Apple earbuds, these will sound like a miracle, so context and expectation are everything. For the money, nothing is in the ballpark.

Good sound for the price
I use the headphones at work to trim video files. The sound is pretty good quality for the price. I haven't tried them for music yet, but it sounds like there are fairly deep basses. Good cord length. Not super comfortable, but good, quality product for $ bucks.

Value to Cost is great
I bought these headphones for general use. They are a bit bulky and not a perfect fit... but the sound is fantastic, it cuts out outside noise and you can't beat the price. The value for the cost was fantastic. I also had an issue with it as the first one came slightly damaged. B&H was phenomenla to work with. Quick call, quick pick-up and they resolved it within a minute in an extremely satisfactory way.

Amazing headphones for the price.
I use these headphones for more than just casual listening. I record tracks and mix instrumentals with these. Everyone says my mix is so clear and believed i use studio monitors. I have been using them almost everyday for about 7-8 months and they still work perfectly. I am going to buy some more expensive studio quality headphones but these held over well considering they only cost $. I am not an audiophile by any means but the i think there could be a little too much bass.

Behringer HPM1000
Looks wise they are quite cheaply made, not "tacky" cheap, but cheap none the less. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the 1/4 inch jack adapter is very useful. They sound good, not brilliant but for the price they are top notch, overall I am happy with them and would buy them again if money was still a problem or I didn't need £300 sound quality.

Great Value
I am enjoying using these headphones. Although, I need to purchase an headphone amplifier to work with my mackie which I will purchase with B&H. I ordered some stuff from @ a week prior to ordering from B&H. They both came the same day. 4 days for B&H and 11 days for @ and B&H didn't charge for shipping for $. There is no $ minimum and they ship within hours. You can't beat that.

I would buy this product again
The customer service rep was very helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. So far the headset works just fine. I would recommend this headset(BEHPM1000) to anyone looking for simple inexpensive use because the sound quality is pretty good. They are light weight but I don't think that they can be handled too roughly. Overall, for the price, they can't be beat. They even came with an adapter. Great deal all around.

Cheap and cheerfull
I bought a pair of these headphones because I'm a huge fan of behringer and I pretty much collect headphones. There is a reason why the price is so cheap. They are very basic very bulky headphones with fairly poor sound quality. If your a dj or producer looking to buy a pair of a headphones these are a NO if your just buying them to wear casually around the house then yes maybe. Definetly not recommended to wear outside they are huge looking. All in all I would just save up for a decent pair and not go for the cheap ones

Excellent Price Great Value 5 stars
We've went through 20 pairs of $5 and $10 headphones and about 4 more expensive ones as well with my 13 yr old. She bites, twirls, pulls and literally goes through them in less than a week. She likes these and has enjoyed them for 2 weeks easy and not one complaint. We are SUPER PLEASED !!!

Not the best sounding, most comfortable or highest quality; but great price.
These headphones are extremely cheap and to be honest I only bought them to see what ?8.90 would buy you. The sound quality isn't actually too bad; especially considering how cheap they are. They aren't very comfortable as they don't sit particularly well on my head. The build quality isn't great either - the jack plug had broken at the cable within weeks of occasional use, so I had to solder on a new plug.
