A decent large monitor for a decent price
I was looking for a large 4K monitor primarily for amateur photography & video editing. I am pleased with this purchase. It is large compared with my 27 iMac, but the size is not too big on a large desk when sitting 30 - 36 inches away. This matte display is not as striking or as colorful as the iMac display, and there is no way that I can find to adjust it to be as vivid and contrasty. It's big...
This display had virtually no reviews out there, but I went for it. The display is... fantastic. It's heavy and I purchased a Vesa wall mount to help with desk / placement positioning. It has a 'lower blue light' setting that really looks good. 60Hz is working great at 4k with DP cable. Refresh rate is low. The construction of the display is plastic, but substantial and quality. Excellent size for 4K monitor
No need to enlarge text docs with this monitor. It does require sitting back about 30" from the monitor so it isn't overwhelming. My only complaint is that it is slightly difficult to get to the switch to change between PC inputs. My previous monitor had a remote to make the change.
