DJI Mavic Pro (Fly More Combo)
3 out of 3 batteries dead
All three batteries were dead and unable to be charged, out of the boxes. Very disappointing. OTOH, this is why I bought from B&H, they are expediting immediate replacement (but, over the weekend, it still takes close to 4 days)....the store's service is exemplary and very smooth. My rating may be higher when I can fly the aircraft..but until then, 3 bad batteries has soured me on the DJI brand (check their forums for info about this ongoing problem).

Fantastic Drone!
Overall this is an amazing drone. It's easy to fly, easy to control, well built, and it just looks cool too. I give it four stars because some of the settings are difficult to manage, or even disappear depending on the type of signal you have. I know this happens as a safety precaution, but once you are proficient in flying it, it would be nice to override certain safety features, particularly in Tripod Mode. I highly recommend this drone!

First time drone user
I held out for so long to get into drone photography due to the heavy bulk required to move around town or travel. After hearing so much great things (especially the portability) about the DJI Mavic, I decided to purchase it as my first drone. The portability and the ease of flight is exactly what I expected. The image quality is great for a small sensor and the gimbal is top notch. I can't wait to use it in a couple weeks on our trip!

Mav is great
The actual drone is fantastic. However DJI customer service/support if you need it is awful. They do not have a headquarters in the United States. If you need help you have to turn to the online community. I wasted an hour just trying to talk to someone in China who understood my problem and I still didn't get it resolved. I did online chat and phone and got no where and hung up on. Too bad DJi doesn't have an office in the states.

The perfect starter bundle.
This bundle was perfect to get into and start flying with the Mavic. With anything less you will be waiting on batteries to charge and immediately be ordering extras anyway. The only issue I had was that the $79 dollar value bag to carry the Mavic and all the parts in the bundle is very very tight. Almost not doable and certainly with no room for anything else you add. Everything else exceeded my expectations. Love the Mavic Pro!

Buyer beware: All batteries were dead and would not charge. Followed B&H exchange process, which puts you in direct contact with DJI. DJI processed the exchange quickly only to find out the batteries are on BACKORDER ...4 weeks later, I'm still waiting on batteries. Had I known about the battery issues/shortage, I would have purchased a different drone. I have not flown the drone for obvious reasons so I can't comment on it.

stopped working after 1 day
Got my drone on friday and by saturday evening the gimbal had stopped working. This seems to be a common issue but you wouldn't know it if you didn't know where to look - just do a search for 'dji mavic pro gimbal disconnected' and you'll see what I'm talking about. I would avoid this drone by all means. BTW, I never crashed the drone and it failed while hovering a few feet off the ground, so it was not under any stress.

Great Product
I received this as a Fathers Day / Birthday gift from my family. I've been wanting to get into drones for awhile now and the dji is top of the line and the magic pro is the perfect size. The quality is excellent. The combo includes 2 extra batteries and gear bag. Although I haven't flown yet, still learning via the flight simulator, I'm quite impressed. I'm rating this 4 stars mainly because I haven't actually flown it.

I only have an hour or so of flight time but I am having a blast with the Mavic Pro. Currently using an iPad Air2 with the controller and its smooth sailing or flying that is. I was astonished at how easy it was to unbox - setup - and start flying. B&H was honest and accurate with the shipping and delivery timeline I ordered it on Thursday and was holding it on Tuesday w/standard shipping. Thanks a million B&H & DJI -

portability is the real selling point
I love this drone. Sure, there are drones out that feature better cameras (or can haul a true camera rig), but the portability of the Mavic is its key feature and opens up filming opportunities that would be challenging and maybe even impossible with bigger drones. The ability to put the Mavic and controller in a tiny bag and easily walk around to find a suitable takeoff/landing location is clutch. Highly recommended.

Works as advertised
This is my first drone so getting used to flying took some practice. The software works great. You need to watch online tutorials as there really is no included detailed instructions. It would be great to have a sun shield for your phone as it's difficult to see in bright sunlight. Video and still photos are quite nice. There are a lot of settings options available to be sure to go through everything before you fly.

Great product, but camera is a little weak
This is my 4th DJI drone and it is pretty incredible. The compact size it certainly the most appealing part about it. It is incredibly stable and fun to fly. The OcuSync system has plenty of range and has so far proved very reliable. The DJI Go app has come a long way since it's introduction and works well. I'm still figuring out the best camera settings, but so far it hasn't been quite the quality I was expecting.

Amazing drone, Easy to use for a beginner
This is my first drone and I've only flown the drone once, but I am extremely impressed with the usability and quality of the video footage. I will say that when I first went to take off, I had to update the firmware, which took awhile, so I would just recommend to everyone to do this first on a test flight before taking it out on a shoot. I do wish the battery life was a little longer, but this thing is amazing.

Amazingly user-friendly flying experience
This is a fantastic aircraft. The software for taking videos takes a little work to get used to, but the capabilities are amazing, and the stability and flyability of the aircraft is unbelievable. No skill required to fly safely. The camera is fairly easy to operate once you learn the smartphone app. The vehicle seems to meet its performance specifications. Would definitely recommend this for beginning UAV users.

My first high end quad
The DJI Mavic Pro is the first high end quad I have purchased. I enjoy flying RC just for the thrill of flying. The Mavic is a little different to fly. It's a great platform for airial photo and video. I enjoy exploring the technology and capabilities behind the vehicle. So far I have enjoyed flying the Mavic and getting some new perspective views, but I think I am going to keep my Blade 350QX3 for sport flying.

Excellent product and very fast shipping
Ordered my Mavic pro from B &H on a Monday. Had it in my hands on Friday. Others have said they waited for weeks or even months from other suppliers. All was well packaged and protected. The Mavic has been perfect. It is a blast to fly and shoots very good video. I haven't had to use the DJI care yet, so I don't know how good it is. ( hope I never find out) I would definably recommend B&H for anything they sell.

DJI Mavic Pro
B&H Were and Are Great. But DJI has not addressed my problems. The download for the smart Phones doesn't work and they know about it and have not provided an update or fix. Your phone locks up and you can loose ability to control your drone. The Drone is Great the controller is OK but there software and Cell Phone App are terrible. I could go on about the program problems I have but you get the drift.........

Great product
So far so good. This is my first drone and the experience has being amazing. Mavic is so easy to carry and it is ready to fly in a couple of minutes. Following step by step, updating firmware took one day and I'm already comfortable with the system. Loved the picture profiles, that makes color matching with other cameras easy. It can handles light to medium wind blows very well despite it??s size and weight.

Well worth the money!
After flying a DJI Spark for the best part of a year and after getting my commercial drone license, we wanted to upgrade a bit. The Mavic Pro was the perfect choice! Longer flight times, better range and camera specs. The only issue we had early on was with the video downlink to the DJI Go 4 app. But this was resolved by switching to an Apple Ipad instead of a Android device. This is one GREAT machine!

Mavic Pro is great, not sure about last review here
Here last reviewer here on the Mavic is completely wrong. Maybe he got a defective drone, but I just got mine last night. Battery lasts 25 minutes. Flies like a dream. Both sporty and stable. Durable design. Excellent compact controller. I don't work for DJI. I've had the Phantom 2, 3, and I've been my own racing drone. I love this thing because it is a taste of both worlds (racing and photography).

My first drone and couldn't love it more
The DJI Mavic Pro is my first drone and I couldn't love it more. Intuitive and easy to fly right out the box. I look forward to utilizing it for documentary purposes and to that end the camera is on point and excellent given the price point. The fly more combo is well worth the extra expense. Extra batteries and a car charger are a must IMO. Im looking forward to excellent service from this beauty.

Great Combo
The combo package includes all of the essential items for flying the Mavic. The Mavic is a fantastic little drone and is extremely compact. The bag is tight, however, placing a rubber band around the folded props keeps them from catching on the bag material. I additionally put the Mavic and the Controller is separate plastic bags and then they slip into and out of the bag with ease and no hangups.

The best camera is the one you have with you at all times.
The DJI Mavic Pro is the best drone there is when it comes to compromising quality for size. In fact there isn't much of a compromise at all with the Mavic. It shoots 4k at 30fps and still picture quality is amazing! With so many active shooting modes it really is like using your DSLR in the sky. A must for any travel enthusiast or someone who wants to take their drone and photography to the edge.
