1st ever Bose let down
I purchased this having already got many Bose products which are fantastic. This was a huge let down as was very quiet (less sound than TV speakers). The quality is good but it just hasn’t got any punch to it. It’s very easy to talk over when on the loudest setting.

Avaerage sound bar
Not what I would expect from Bose. Sound is pretty good-but set up, difficult. Also I think you could get better for a little more. Wouldn't buy again !

Amazing sound
As expected, this is an excellent product. The sound is perfect.. it is compact in its size but not in its performance. The tone is exceptional and the setting up of the product is straightforward. A great find and would happily recommend it.

Superb
It is a Bose. Nothing else to say. It’s a no frills sound bar, if you are looking for more thump, get the 500 or 700. Live in a flat so neighbors won’t complain. Bass is enough for the price. More bass, more pricey. Overall, really satisfied. Highly recommend.

Choose Bose you won't be disappointed
Having worked with BOSE products for years I thought I'd try the Bose Solo sound bar with my new 55" TV. It was so easy to set up, basically plug and play using the optical cable supplied. The sound produced is subtle yet powerful. I didn't want a sound bar that relied on a separate bass bin for the low tones and I wasn't disappointed with the unit. Clear crisp high tones wake this the perfect addition to my entertainment system. If you want the hear the highs and lows choose BOSE!!

Great sound but....
Disappointed not to be able to pair with either my EE Box or LG video as they don’t appear on the huge list of appliances listed. Was hoping to use one remote but instead have an extra one!

As expected, another excellent Bose product
Bought this as my Samsung TV sound felt a little flat and I am certainly not disappointed in my choice. I mainly bought this for its overall size to fit neatly within my TV stand where as the majority of other sound bars were to long for my needs. I also paid more than my budget but I knew it would be worth spending the little extra to get this Bose product. Easy to set-up and the supplied universal remote control is now all I need to operate the TV, sound bar, DVD Player and BT Freeview box.

Oh wow
We listen to the radio a lot through the TV and watch a lot of movies. What a difference it makes to our enjoyment of films and our favourite songs! There is no need to have the volume up as the low setting is enough. It's quite sleek so fits nicely on the TV stand Very robust Set up in seconds. Literally plug n play

Sound is crisp and clear.
instead of having to turn the volume up on the TV . Bought this Bose soundbar and it's excellent. Easy to set up. Remote even works better than the old one we had for tv!! Did have to programme it a few times till it finally worked ok, but instructions did say you might have to do that. Very pleased with my purchase and can hear the dialogue and enjoy sound quality with no problem.

Great once it's up and running
This is a fine piece of kit, as you'd expect from such a well-respected manufacturer. It took me some time to set up, but then I have a reasonably old not-particularly-smart TV and a Sky+ box,. but some experimentation with the connections and Remote Codes has sorted it all. I should add that the Bluetooth set-up was extremely simple. Sound quality is of course excellent from Bose, and the item looks very smart. I'm delighted with it and would recommend it without hesitation.

Great Sound!
We bought this specifically because listening to some dramas on TV were so bad. This is brilliant, and was an instant success. We have also paired it up to our Spotify account, and now listen to music through this also. All in all, a great buy.

Nice sound bar
The sound from this sound bar is much better than my 50inch 4K LG tv, it’s a nice sound which is a minus as well as plus because it’s a long way from cinema sound & with no way of adding a sub , if you want a way of enhancing you tv , great but don’t get it because it has Bose on it expecting cinematic sound , so it’s a bit pricey for what you get .

These is a neat looking little box
The sound is fantastic and much better than the TV speakers looks neat in front of the rv with subwoofer built in. The remote is a bit over the top however and could of been half the size. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Expected more of Bose
The sound on our TV is better. It is difficult to know what volume the Bose is in as there is no display to show the setting. Expected more.

Brilliant product and a great price
Bought this product along with a bluetooth compatible TV so we could get surroumd sound without wired speakers. Great result with Bose renowned quality sound. Easily switches between TV mode and bluetooth to enable phone connectivity to play music etc...
