Very poor sound quality and the sound is extremely tinny, and far too much treble. My old wired standard issue iPhone earphones (which were to be replaced) are much better sound quality and I've had to revert to these. Ive adjusted all the EQ setting and tried on numerous different devices but the sound it absolutely terrible, especially for the price and pedigree. Sent back. and I'd definitely try before you buy when it comes to headphones, for sound and comfort.

Excellent design
had to change the earbud size so more comfortable and avoid falling out during use, but did come with 3 replacement ends in selection of sizes size. Sounds and fits great.

My beats x look great and are comfortable
I love my earphones because they charge really fast and last for quite a while. And they are super comfy too. The first one's I received were faulty but the customer service at both apple and Argos(both online and the shop) were super polite and got me new ones so I'm quite content.

stops working after a while
i just bought my third pair the first 2 both of them stopped working after the first year mark so apple/beats wanted $80 to fix it, before buying this item i would recommend to do a quick google search on beatsx not working and light blinking red and white you'd find that many have this issue. the only reason i bought it for the third time was for insurance reasons. hope this helps

Very useful for someone who’s always up and about, can wear round your neck when not in use and sound quality is great. Longer battery life would be great though.

Great fit and doesn’t move when running
I am an outdoor runner and these don’t budge. The sound is amazing and they fit great. I’ve tried others that hook over the ear but they don’t fit well. So I was worried these ones would fall out but even in the worst winds they have stayed put. I would definitely recommend these.

Great Earbuds
These earbuds are well made. They connect really fast. Its great that they are magnetic ... easy to keep around neck or fridge door if you like. Happy with them.

It has a slim and sleek stylish build which fits perfectly around my neck yet doesn't immediately stand out which j like. The sound from the earphones are brilliant with the bass not too punishing. Overall brilliant product

Loved them so much I had to come back for more!
I owned a pair of beats for over two years, and lost them a few weeks ago. I was devastated. Beats are expensive enough that I was hesitant to buy them again and tired going back to my old apple headphones. I lasted a week before deciding I needed to buy a new pair.

Sound not so great
I may be picky but these headphones dont sound that great. They dont get that loud too. I was expecting more from Beats which is owned by Apple. I like it that it is closely integrated with the iPhone, the color and the earpiece format. My quest for the perfect bluetooth earphones continues.
