Huge improvement!
Very happy with this machine. Kind of a pain to deal with the new ports though but have gotten around it with adapters. The Gold color is really more like a Rose Gold so it definitely looks a bit pinkish. The keyboard is very lively and responsive. Love the Touch ID button to logon.

Not enough space
They shouldnt let you buy laptops with only 128g and then not let you upgrade the storage. System takes up half the storage. Immediately regret this purchase.

Perfect...Minus one major issue.
Youve read the reviews. The 5-stars are accurate. The big issue: the camera. A picture PROVES a thousand words. See attached. Mike p.s. If the camera was as expected, Id give this computer 10 starts, if possible.

Best Computer Ive Ever Had.
Theres nothing I dont like about this computer. Before buying, I was a bit concerned about the keyboard, but I havent had any issues with it, and I think I might actually prefer it over the old style keyboard. The display is simply stunning-- a huge upgrade from my 2014 Air. I purchased a HDMI/USBC/USB dongle, which allows me to connect to my large monitor when I need more screen space, and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this computer.

great laptop love the keyboard
Tha laptop is a good upgrade from my old Airbook in performance and obviously the retina screen. After reading about people whining about keyboard- I wasnt sure what to expect. I really like the shallow travel. B+H had their usual unbeatable price - less expensive [and no tax to my State] than anyone else over Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. Thanks to Apple and B+H!!

so far, really good
technically superiorto my beloved 12 MacBook Air (2012) in every way,but this13.3. is missingone important feature(for me) = the 4 ports of the former. now have to buy & carry around dongles - dont need/want a bulkier hub.

A solid upgrade from my MacBook Air 2013
I loved my MacBook Air 2013, and if Im real honest with myself, there was probably no reason to upgrade it - it worked just fine. This new MacBook, which Im typing this review on, is just slightly better in every way: its a little bit faster, the screen is a little better, its a little smaller, the speakers are a little louder, its a little lighter. All those small improvements make it feel like a solid upgrade.

FINALLY, took only 6 years
I have had the old MacBook Air in my wishlist for a couple of years but I couldnt get over the fact that its still going on old old 2008 design and screen specs. So fast!
I was coming from a 2011 Macbook pro that reached its end of its life. What a great upgrade. I know it is not the pro but it is light years ahead of my old one. The screen alone is worth the upgrade. I have less of a hard drive but with iCloud actually have more room on my computer. Very happy with my purchase and the price. Hope to get another almost 8 years out of this one.

Love it so far!
This laptop is all that I wanted and more! I needed a computer that was fast with a long-lasting battery and not too heavy so I could carry it around campus without feelinit, you know what I mean. Even though it is a large chunk of money (at least for a college student :)), Im looking forward to using for years to come! Oh, and by the way, its gorgeous :)

Does everything I want!
I bought his MacBook Air to replace a 5 year old one, which gave me great service. However, the new one is just so much more refined. The sound system is VASTLY better and the images on the screen are much more vivid. The keyboard and touch pad have a more refined feel. Overall I am a happy camper with this purchase. Just an OK Upgrade. Not Really Worth the Price
I have a late 2012 MacBook Air and upgraded to this new computer so that I could give my daughter the old one for school. Otherwise, I would have kept my 2012. It worked just fine for my needs (basic web surfing, email and Powerpoint, Word and Excel work needs). The new MB Air was quite a disappointment. Good feature set
This is replacing a 2016 MacBook which I gifted to my sister. I love the slightly larger screen over the 12 MacBook, the two USB-C ports instead of one on the MacBook and, most of all, the Touch ID that allows me to easily unlock both the computer and my 1Password account. Its about these convenience features for me as the compute power of either machine is ample for my needs.

Poor camera quality
I am generally satisfied with the delivery and the item, but the camera quality is horrible (way worse than the cellphone camera or previous versions of macbook). Did you have a similar issue with other customers who bought this item? I am pretty sure that this is not a quality of HD 720.
