My headset works really well & sound is very clear
I found the availability really convenient as I they were in stock at my local click & collect , price was very reasonable compared to some bigger headsets , excellent headset to use

Much better than 3rd party
I brought the headset to replace a set 3rd party headphones...i should have brought the MS version as a first choice , thought id save money ...in the end the branded stuff works best really comfortable good sound quality and the mic is more than adequate. really pleased

No game sound.
Does not allow the sound of the game through the headset so children not impressed! I had assumed that game sound was a standard requirement for a headset and that the chat bit was extra, hence the product title chat headset but apparently not. Works well for talking to friends but not really what children wanted. Argos would not allow me to return the product as the box had been opened. I was not impressed with that aspect of service from Argos.

My son loves this headset
This headset is great but doesnt last long after a couple of months either the earpiece stops working or the Mike stops working luckily Insure them

Bought for gift
Bought for my son who’s 9 he says he’s very happy with them. Talks to his friends playing games on the Xbox one S. The ear piece worked but the mic part did not work straight away was fine after my brother updated his controller

Very comfortable headset!
Fantastic head set, connects easily to our x box, the sound is very good quality and my partner finds it very comfortable and you can change it round to your preferred ear and still be able to use the mic! Great piece if kit, very worth the money! 100% recommend.

Robust basic headset
Xbox original headset ,works well and lasts it looked after , might be worth the extra cover if for a child/teen-ager prefer this connection that the normal round earphone plug which don't tend to last in my opinion

Great sound and good value
This Xbox headset is great for its price, the sound is a lot more clear than compared to some of the other headsets which are abit more expensive than these, but so far so good

Xbox headset
This headset is nice and designed nice. It's comfortable to wear to game for hours at a time. The connectivty of the headset is very good and doesn't take much effort or hard work to get it working. The voice chat is very good aswell,overall Its a goOD product.

Value for money!
Bought these as have had cheap alternatives that don't last more than a few weeks. Though we have had issues, these seem to be holding up to the normal wear and tear from our mini gamer I would strongly suggest paying for the extra cover (worth the few quid when a few weeks in the mic stops working) Argos are fab, no quibble, just replaced.

Fab headset
My 9year old son has been using this for a while now and loves it. The previous one where you could move the mic was not good as he stupidly kept putting it too close to his mouth and the mic stopped working. Love that the mic is in one position

It’s what you would expect
I have had this headset for a while now and although it’s not the best headset it does the job it needs to do. The convenience of having the Volume/Mute buttons right where your thumbs are is a nice touch though.

Good but breaks fast
This is a pretty good headset (chat headset) however it does break quite quickly which is very annoying, the price is pretty reasonable and everywhere else it will be about the same. Overall this is a pretty decent microphone!

Headset works great
This headset reasonably priced connects into controller. I have gone thru a few of these headsets over years. If u find it confusing choosing headset as i did as to connectors etc, plugs straight into pad simple no need to buy adapters. No long wire connection and the 1 Earphone very comfy compared to expensive headset. Click an collect local shop redeemed nectar points also.

Unsatisfactory purchase
We were looking at this headset & another brand which was cheaper, we purchased this headset as we thought being made by Xbox & costing more it should be the better one. It looked ok in itself & my 8yr old liked the look of it however we could not get it to work at all we got so frustrated by it my husband took it back & exchanged it for the other headset which worked straight away, was comfy, good sound & cheaper!
