It’s uncomfortable but does the job
The product was not what I expected there is no way to turn in game volume off coming through the headset making it hard to hear people in a party with you also the headset it’s self can get irritable to wear but it does the job

Missing right attachment
Was not able to use this headset for my kids xbox 1 500, as it did not have the right attachment for our controller.Even though I was told in the shop that this was what I needed.2 very disapointed children.

Buzzzzzzzz
There ok but you get what you pay for I have used twice and the buzzing is torrable.the headset will not fit into a official Xbox controller unless you have the 3.5mm adapter

Pointless
Despite the specs and compatability this did not work with my xbox. Also very very uncomfortable to wear (even for the 15 minutes I spent trying to figure out if it was going to work). Cheap for a reason. Not worth it.

Had to take it back twice
I bought this for my son, when we plugged it in there were problems with intermittent sound right away. We went back and got a replacement and had the exact same problem. Next time I swapped it for a Turtle Bay headset which was £10 more which worked perfectly.

Designed for glasses wearers, not comfortable
The plastic used is just too stiff to be comfortable shaped on your head causing it to slip off with time. The design for those who wear glasses is a good idea but if you don’t use them then I think it makes it less comfortable. Mic arm is also flaccid making it hard to keep it positioned near your mouth though is insensitive enough to still make you heard to others though quietly.
