Does exactly what it says. Converts the RJ12 cable on joystick pedals from ThustMaster into a 3 axis joystick (X,Y,Z). For me, it meant I didnt need to run the THRUST software to map the rudder plane pedals into an axis that the software could see.

Awesome!!!
I now play Star Citizen with t3pa pedals and two joysticks. Love it. Couldn't be happier about it. Truth be told I received a defective unit at first that lasted but a mere few hours but B&H easily and quickly sent a replacement.

Works as advertised
Enabled me to use my new Thrustmaster T3PA-PRO pedals with my G27 wheel and shifter. Easy to install. Install the driver/software (download from the Thrustmaster website), plug it in, calibrate the pedals and you are good to go.
