Not easy to use
I bought this for my son, normally we stick to Turtle Beach. We followed the instructions, but it wouldn't connect. He couldn't hear his friends and they couldn't hear him. I looked around the internet and couldn't find a reason for it. I took it back and paid the extra for a Turtle Beach one, which worked fine straight away.

Do Not Buy
We took these headphones back and exchanged for another pair., as the mic and the headphones stopped working. After one and a half weeks the headphones stopped working. Taken back to the store and have ordered a different brand to exchange then with. The same faults in two headsets in two weeks, obviously a bad design.

Disappointed...
After just over 2 weeks of use the sound from left earphone keeps going off and coming back on. So annoying. Sick of buying headsets

Headset looks great and sounds great
The headset stands out above any other, very comfortable and sound quality is amazing. The idea of the mic can come out and just change it into headphones is a great idea. Recommend this to anyone wanting to buying a gaming headset.

Headset is good and does wot its supose to
It's a good looking headset the sound is good could do with some fine tuning as you can't get the right balance between the sound fx and chat one covers to other the foam ear and head supports are ok bit tuff for my liking but each to the own still a comfy head set my real disappointment is where they put the control block on the wire its way to low and when you want to adjust the volume you have to follow the lead and your probly sitting on it if it was 12 inches higher would be the perfect

Looks sleek and is perfect for casual gaming
Perfect for casual gaming at the price range however if you like to do more competitive gaming then invest in something better for better audio quality.

Good budget headset
Son already has a set of these and i purchased a set for myself. Fits all size heads due to the adjusters and mic is flexible enough to move. Good length on lead. The only issue i see is the jack plug is pretty weak and i can see this bending or breaking easy if not looked after. Sound is great and they are well padded all over.

The mic just BROKE
After replugging the detachable mic the mic wouldn’t work and now I can only hear out of one speaker

Ear cover too small
The headphones look very nice and the sound quality is good. However we found that the lead was too short., which was a restriction when the PC base unit was tucked under the desk. Also the ear muffs were too narrow. The oval shape did not neatly fit over an adults ear and felt uncomfortable.

Had to take it back as didn’t work with controller
Lovely looking and very comfortable but unfortunately doesn’t work with our controller without buying an extra part which then makes it a very expensive headset

Good looking headphones but mic not great.
Good looking headphone, sound quality was great, unfortunately the Mic did not work, ended up taking them back and purchased a pair of Turtle Beach Gaming Headphones. Happy son.

Not worth the money
Twice I took it back and the same problem keep happening, the Mic started to cackle when paying with others

First one mic broke replaced by argos.broke again
As per title the build quality is poor bought for my son first pair the mic stopped working within two hours swapped and the second mic also stopped working at this point we took xbox headset mic and plugged it in as my son liked the fit on his head I'm not impressed but he's ok so guess they keep my money wouldn't buy again

Don’t Buy
My headset broke in the first 24 hours of purchase. When I originally used it it seemed great however the mic stopped working leaving me unable to communicate. Was really disappointed as I liked the comfort, sound quality and design of the headset.
