Good value

Well I bought a few pairs of these because of the good reviews I'd read. I needed the headsets for an art installation; I didn't have a huge budget but I didn't want the sound of my work compromised. I was very satisfied with the quality. The work was shown in an echo-y building with a lot of other noise around, but these headphones were able to stand up against everything else and the sound to my artwork was accurately heard by those wearing them. Quite a surprise for the low cost.

Brilliant!

I absolutely love these headphones! Mainly because I bought them for my son's stereo and, even with his volume way up, I can't even hear a low thump thump from them. Very good quality and highly recommended.

They do the job

These Sony are very comfortable, good enough quality sound, it could be better. I own a Phillips SHP500 which have much better quality sound, but the problem is that they are so big. The sony do the job well.

Good Headphones, one problem tho

Cant pick a fault with the performance with the headphones, except that they have said it has a inline volume control, it hasnt got one. My son also brought one of these a year before me with the same problem but said they were a good set, on his recomendation I brought these thinking they had got thier act together and either removed the fact that it had a inline volume control from the listing or actually put one in as description, but no still the same so they got returned. So 1 year on and they still cant get it right

Sont Headphones MDRV150

I am a professional DJ and I have found these Sony headphones to be the best I have used, the sound is crisp yet deep with bass. I would recommend these to anyone who needs comfortable, quality headphones. A definite requirement to listen to music for anyone professional or enthusiast!

Great purchase

We now own 3 pairs of these as they are so good. The sound quality is excellent they look good, (small for headphones) and don't ache your ears like in-ear headphones. I first purchased these for my son so didn't want to fork out on expensive ones like my husbands headphones and we were shocked at the quality, the expensive headphones have recently broke so we purchased another pair of these as we just couldn't tell the difference. Excellent purchase

Excellent product

Very good performance from these on ear headphones. There is no sweating on the ears compared to over ear headphones. The lead could have been longer but extension cables are readily available.

Fair product for the price

There are many new and colorful headphones on the market , these sound good for the price and dont look like you are wearing car wheels on your head. The sound is fairly rich and handles bass well, and reasonble with treble tones. The only drawback is the product can easily break at the ear cup/headband area, but they sound just as good as any of the expensive headphones on the market.

Lovely headset

I bought these on previous guidance from previews and am not disappointed. Do not feel bulky on your head like many do, nice cable length. Do the trick for what I want them for (playing xbox and listening to iPod at home). Nice sound only down point is no in line volume control, in fact no volume control at all. Still great item!! Buy them.

Good value

Nothing fancy about these headphones, they look relatively basic but brandish the SONY logo so at least look credible. Sound is what you would expect from such a low price band but I don't notice any real problems but nothing too remarkable either. They could become a little uncomfortable after prolonged use but I think most headphones have this problem. They are overall very good value for money and I definitely recommend them.

Fair - good for a one off.

I had to buy these as my other headphones went missing the night before a venue. However these are really bad to be classed as DJ Headphones. The frequency responce is ok. the bass as average however I had to have both ear peaces on and pressed up against me to hear the second track over the PA System

Good Phones!

These are good phones for the money, I'm now on my 2nd pair, they are well built and very durable. Soundwise they are excellent for the price, but you may find the heaband a liitle too grippy with the earpads putting pressure on your precious lugholes, easily fixed by applying a little heat to the headband ang gently pulling the earpads apart a little bit, or you can leave them alone and they will eventually break in with time, I give these 5 stars and can recommend them.
