Not as good as it should be

Considering the price, I'm pretty disappointed. I've been using it for about a year now, and in that time, I've treated it as harshly as I treat all my other mic stands. It hasn't held up. Yes, it is basically a metal tube and no amount of reasonable abuse will ever actually render it unusable, but for the price, I expect the paint to stay on every time I bump it in to something or drop it.
