Exceptional B&H Service
The first set delivered for my holiday order was dead on arrival. That was especially annoying since I was paying a professional installer to mount it and set it up. Only after he had done all the preliminary work did he discover that the set did not produce a picture. When I called B&H customer service, the agent could not have been more helpful. He outlined a plan for a quick turnaround to get a replacement set to me before the holiday ended. The new set arrived the next day, worked fine and lived up to the high ratings everyone gives this model. So, this TV is good, and B&H is great!

Nice affordable smaller HD TV
We got this to replace an older and smaller Samsung smart tv we had. This one is great value and it has a lovely picture and just enough features for us.

This 32 Samsung has the best picture quality out there!
I was looking for a well designed Smart LED TV with a superior picture in a 32 inch bedroom-sized model. The resolution, picture sharpness, bright contrast were what sold me. Both the picture and sound adjustments offer a choice of the quick presets or expert settings, where I can really fine tune to my preferences. Really like the Samsung's picture quality!

Great led tv!!!
Perfect size for a bedroom 10 ft 11ft. , I would like to recomend this tv to people who don't want to go to bigger sizes and feel comfort all time washing tv for long periods.

Great TV for the price
Probably can't find a better quality TV for the price. According to Samsung, MotionRate 60 is a true, native 60Hz refresh rate, unlike their MotionRate 120 and 240, which are native 60Hz and 120Hz before processing. I tend not to use these settings anyway, so a true 60Hz is actually pretty decent, considering most 120Hz Tvs are actually 60Hz anyway. The smoothing functions, to me, tend to be a little distracting anyway. So for the money, it's a very respectable TV. Of course it doesn't compare to the newest 4k or 8k TVs but that's not what you're looking for when you buy a $250 TV.

Dont get if you use Comcast X
Comcast Xfinity and Samsung both said you could stream xfinity on this tv. After spending more than an hour on the phone with Xfinity they said there was a glitch they are both working on. Otherwise the TVs is okay.

Half decent TV with terrible sound
Don't waste your hard earned. You will need to invest almost the price of the TV in a soundbar to get decent sound. That is assuming you can buy a soundbar small enough for this set

sound on the Samsung TV
It would be better if the salesman told you the sound is not good on TV's and that you must have a sound bar or play audio through something other than the speakers that come from the factory. Previous Samsung TV's that I have bought from you had better sound

Not so good
This TV is the most difficult to use TV I have ever had or used. The remote control is user unfriendly and unnecessarily confusing. The picture is fair to good, but I would not have bought it if I had known about it's difficulty to use. Also, it seems the tuner for broadcast TV is not very sensitive.

Great picture plus the ability to save your own apps
I bought this set as a replacement for a new Vizio set that did not allow me to call up and save my own apps. The Vizio allowed me to only use the preset apps that came with the set. This Samsung set of the same size allows you to call up and save as many apps as you want. You can surf websites as well, something the Vizio does not allow you to do. Love samsung
Samsung has been my go-to brand forever but I decided to try LG after reading reviews. What a disaster. After 6 weeks of dealing with the LG tv that could not maintain a wireless connection I purchased this set and have had zero problems. The setup on Samsung sets is very easy to follow. Bright colors
I didnt expect such a big difference since my other TV was only 6 years old. Im not using the smart connection/features. Just sticking with my Apple TV for now. I hate the chicken feet stand, but they seem to be the norm now. My former Samsung had a central pedestal stand. These dont fit on certain sized tables. I had to buy a separate pedestal stand (it swivels) from Amazon.

my TV with an antenna !!!!
I cant believe the beautiful picture...! Samsung has the best TVs on the market. I can get over 24 stations from 33 miles away with my old antenna. Wait till I get the new antenna. I bet I will get stations from Cleveland 80 miles away. Im hoping I will !!! Thank you B&H ~~~ Glenn

Good TV
So far so good. Only about a month in use. Easy to set up. Excellent picture. One small complaint... A few connections too close to the center back and get covered by a wall mount. Luckily I didnt need those connections.

Much better than my 1987 Sylvania CRT!
Well the old CRT TV finally gave up the ghost, and we entered the flat screen world with the Samsung. Wow! I can read the scores again, but those talking heads were much more attractive when I could not see their face pores. And the thing weighs less than 10 pounds (versus almost 40 for the CRT) and cost less than $200 (Black Friday sale). Keep in mind that my rating is not that of an experienced or knowledgeable flat screen viewer. It was easy to set up and well see if it last 30 years like the Sylvania.

Great 32 HDTV / Easy Setup
Ive had several Samsung TVs over the years. This was a replacement for another older Samsung 32 HDTV that is 10 years old now and still works great! I just wanted to add Wifi and internet TV. It was really easy to set up...has a great picture...Very satisfied as always with the Samsung TVs.
