Great TV for the price
I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago and have to say it’s great for the price tag. The picture is great, it’s just the colours aren’t that vibrant; but what do you expect for a TV at this price?! Other than that it’s perfect. It has detected my devices automatically (virgin v6 box, Apple TV and PlayStation 4). My Apple TV isn’t 4K but the quality of the picture is amazing. Have only given the tv 4 stars purely as it’s not as good as the more expensive tv’s. Great tv for the pricr

My New TV is a Winner
Time has now come to get a new bigger screen tv and the choice is a Samsung. It was certainly the right choice. Plugged it in & turned it on, followed the on screen instructions & was up and running within 5 minutes.The picture quality is exceptional & the sound is fantastic. The slim line design has allowed it to be wall mounted without intruding too far into the room. Think by now readers will realised that this reviewer is incredibly please with his purchase. I highly recommend this TV to all

Awesome tv at a great price
Bangin T. V at a tip top price Considering a 4k t. V would have cost over 1000 a few years ago, The price for this 55 inch Samsung UHD 4K T.V is a bangin price. Its a steal. Quality is tip top. Sale of the century I tell ya. Crystal clear picture, could just do with a sound bar chucked in free although the sound on the T. V Itself is crystal enough. Got me mate nick the Greek who's prob got a sound bar goin cheap like a budgie so happy days. Thanks for reading, me sausages are ready, so I'm off

Best possible purchase
I was about to buy a TV of another brand of the same size and price but In the last minutes I changed my mind and bought this brilliant SAMSUNG and what a good decision it was. I am totally happy with my purchase. Picture quality is fantastic. Colours and sharpness are splendid how ever you should adjust picture settings to obtain the best output. Sound quality is much better than I expected so there is no need to buy a sound bar. Legs could be more stylish. Apps and connectivity are great.

Excellent tv for gaming
The TV is exactly the quality I expected from Samsung. The audio is just FANTASTIC, nice bass and doesn't need to be turned up much to be loud. I use it mainly for netflix and ps4, both look brilliant when running. Many options to adjust the picture to your preference. Game mode for ps4 works very well, it turns off certain processes to improve any input lag, especially useful when online gaming. 4K video is very sharp and certainly lives up to the hype. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

A spontaneous purchase but turned out OK
The set up process was straightforward. Connected ok to my Wifi and my wired connection. (there’s no SCART socket for an old DVD player. Sound quality is far better than expected - I had a sound bar from the old set, but it’s not really needed. Built in Apps are standard for a smart tv It also interacts seamlessly with my Humax PVR and NAS drive. It can be configured to turn on/off all other connected devices with just the one remote. All in all, I am well pleased would recommend it.

Good quality TV for a very good price
Very good picture quality when watching HD and 4K. Recommend checking best picture settings online when setting up, as it will impact your experience. I am frustrated that Samsung TVs don't have the ability to record TV to USB, which is something that has been around for many years, so if you're want a TV that does this, you are better of looking at different makes. There is also an irritating feature that comes with new Samsung TVs called global dimming, that can't be turned off easily.

Fast Quad Core & Flagship Operating System
I bought this tv to replace a nano crystal display with both TVs boasting a 1400 PQI. I found my nano display to show more precise colours and contrasts and a sharper picture. If you take the time to set this tv up you can achieve great natural colours and good contrasts. HDR10+ looks excellent in 4k on my xbox one x and it displays my laptop in full hd perfectly via hdmi. Game mode has excellent low screen latency and tv programs can by viewed up to 120fps, a good tv if your on a budget

Great product and picture.
3rd Samsung smart TV I have purchased and once again I am very delighted with the quality and ease of setup. We bought this for the 4K experience as we have a living room where we sit approx 2mt from the TV.....this is roughly the best distance for a 55inch screen. It works. The only small negative I would give is that the sound quality could use some bass boost function, we have the TV hooked up to our sound bar now. A really good product at a very good price and I would definitely recommend.

Great large TV
This was easy to set up and my Samsung phone connected immediately without me having to do much . That extra feature of control from your phone: from anywhere is great! Also the Amp and everything was instantly controllable from the tv remote , automatically . ITV player glitchy! (I experienced this with another new TV upstairs so it may correct itself with an update . ) The 4K section on netflix and 4K gaming are also outstanding and making full use of smart features is a must . Very happy .

A great with some mi or gripes
There are a lot of things I like about this tv. When switching on for the first time the tv takes you through the set up process which is very easy. Once the channels have been tuned your ready to go. The picture is vibrant and clear. 4k looks stunning. I was very taken aback by the sound considering how thin the tv is it was hard to believe how much bass comes out of this thing. The tizen os is sluggish at times and the remote is horrible with the arrow keys at the bottom is not comfortable.

Decent, but not perfect.
Screen quality decent. Only small problem I have is with glare comming in from window and reflecting but would be easy for some to position it somewhere else. Sound quality decent. Although I use a sound bar anyway. I don't like the pop-ups at bottom of screen that come up with switching between HDMI etc. But it's not a major issue. Bluetooth & WiFi connectivity is fantastic which was a bonus, as others can be tricky to connect. Overall I'm happy with the TV and would reccomend.

Great tv
Upgrading feom a 32inch Samsung tv that was 9years old, this is fantastic. So many features, it has apps that makes watching on-demand tv easier for the not-so tech savvy. It is massive as well but the price is actually lower than the 32inch I had, so great price! It may no be the latest model of Samsung tv but I am very happy with it. The only down is that even if I have no program set or timer set, it turns on automatically if the box set is left on, so I just have to remember to do that.

Best in its price range
Great TV. I set this TV up next to my Sony bravia as a picture test as this Samsung was for my bedroom. Images were just as sharp and detailed as the Sony, the colour vibrancy was not as rich as the Sony, it was very close but not as good, however the Sony TV cost over double the price of this TV so for the slight difference in the colour depth displayed it wouldn't justify paying over double for the Sony bravia so I would definitely say the Samsung (for the price) would be my first choice.

Great smart TV for the price
This is a great price for the quality of the TV. I have a Samsung s8 phone and the connectivity with 'smart things' to mirror the screen or use my phone as a remote is great. Use for PC and console gaming and has an impressive picture quality. The sound quality was also better than I expected. Only negative I found is that you can customise all the app menus and reorder Netflix etc but you can't remove the Samsung home so it defaults into trying to sell you movies to rent in the menu.

Brilliant TV. Outstanding quality.
Really well packaged, with full instructions. Easy to unpack and lightweight for the size. I mounted it onto my wall bracket. NOTE: you need four M8 x 43-45mm screws from Amazon to attach it to a bracket (not included). The initial setup was easy enough. It even connects to my iPhone. The picture Quality is incredible. No need for a sound bar either as the sound it super crisp. Easy to navigate menus. Lots of apps, plus direct buttons on the remote for Netflix and Prime Video.

Cheap and good
I'm no expert, but the price is right, the picture seems decent, the sound is surprisingly good, and the digital picture enhancements can be turned off when you don't need them, and turned on when you do, and they actually improve horrid old upscaled images. 55" is also massive...I was surprised, it only just fitted in the back of my Ford Focus with the seats down. "Samsung TV" has some intiguing channels and programs too which is a bonus. Netflix and Prime buttons are super handy too!

Great TV all round !
This is a great TV, has everything built in. I found it easy to install, it dectected all connected devices and programmed remote itself, really easy and simple process. After the setup I've found the picture to be amazing, sound is good and the built in apps, such as Apple AirPlay for screen mirroring as well as usual streaming services, all work a treat. I found it easy to install as a replacement for existing wall mounted screen although I did need to use longer bolts with this TV.

Samsung TV 55”
I bought this TV as a Christmas gift for my son. It does seem very large for the small flat he lives in. However he enjoys gaming and movie nights with friends so it suits his needs very well. Overall it is a nice looking TV and connects to the internet without any problems at all. I would recommend this to anyone interested in to Gaming or who simply love a big TV!! Me personally, I don’t even own a TV so perhaps that why it seems so big to me. Very happy customer overall though.

Class tv.
Brilliant tv once I had rectified the problem of motion sensor. When watching a film it was weird. It was like they were far away and every background sound was heard. I googled the effects and it turns out I can turn the picture sensor in the picture settings and tv has been brill ever since turning this off. It mentions online this is a problem and they are going to provide a button on the remote that you can turn this off with rather than try to find in settings. tv is fantastic

TV ruined by idiotic interface.
Changing input sources is clumsy. Deleted live tv source comes back every time going and off standby, even without an aerial connected. PC connected has to be told it's a gaming console to get correct resolution and access the greyed out menus. If connected online then 20% of the screen menu area is dedicated to pushing paid adverts for services and apps. If you are wall mounting need 4x M8 45mm bolts (not included). Picture is fine, the interface makes it too annoying to use.

Love the tv it’s the perfect size
I love the tv, at first I was worried it was too big for my room but it is perfect, sound and quality is good. Only issue I had was I didn’t think about whether it would fit in the car which it didn’t lol but I was offered delivery which was good. So if any tips please don’t assume it will fit in your car cause its a massive tv but beautiful. You can screen mirror your apple products directly to the tv. Watching Netflix on there is the best part for me cause thats all I watch

Not as impressive as I would've expected
I bought it on black friday this year for gaming only, picture quality is good only on youtube, doesn't show as sharp picture on HD as it supposed to, my 2014 ipad has better appearance of screen in terms of resolution than this 2019 Samsung TV. The air-play feature on this worked initially but stopped working just after a week, even in the begining the latency was high, took forever to transfer something from the iPad to the telly or from any other phone. Price was good though.

Great looking product with fantastic picture
Very good picture quality although, I haven't watched any programmes in 4k. The ultra HD is definitely noticeable. Sound quality overall is great and not much volume needed. The only downside for me is the plastic feet they look a little cheap. The TV itself is great looking and a perfect size for my room. The smart TV side is fantastic with apps such as Itv, netflix, BBC iplayer etc. The setup and connecting was very easy to do and took no time at all. A thumbs up from me.
