I went back and forth with FocusRite CS about my 2i2 that would just start digitally garbling the output after 0-90+ minutes and require unplugging/replugging USB to reset the driver. (Brand new top of the line Dell Precision laptop as well as 3 y/o Dell Precision laptop exhibiting same issues). Super frustrating and never was able to get the driver to play nicely with Windows 10. Contrast that with the PreSonus 26c which worked as soon as I plugged it in, quick driver download, and has zero issues/failures. Beyond that, the features are very similar but just implemented slightly differently. (24c is closer to the 2i2 but was on backorder at the time) Works flawlessly with Ableton, MS Teams, Webex, USB cameras on same bus, Premiere Pro, Zoom, browsers, etc. Sound quality is excellent for in/out. One happy customer here. ... More

Purchased the Studio 26c to upgrade a much older PreSonus Firebox which requires 2 dongle adapters to connect to my 2018 MacBook Pro. The USB-C connection is direct and now supplies power to the device whereas the Firebox needed A/C power. Instrument and mic settings are now lower to achieve decent input signal allowing much more headroom if I need it. The bundled Studio One software is a plus, but I rely on Apple's Logic Pro X for audio recording and the Studio 26c is recognized immediately. I'm very satisfied with the Studio 26c.

I wish I loved it. the preamps are great. bundled software is nice. but I paid more for the version with extra line outs, and they are either DOA - or I just don't know how to use them... they should just be plug and play, but it seems they are not. aside from feeling foolish for paying extra - it's a really nice interface.

What I was looking to do was add a portable interface to my other PreSonus units. It worked perfectly for both writing & practicing to prerecorded backing tracks I has set up in Studio One on my MacBook. I use the S-Gear Plug-In for a great Amp Sound & a Bose battery powered Speaker so I have a complete "Power Cord Free" set up š

Well, I couldn't believe how quickly I was up and running with this. Easy easy easy... connect to computer, plug in mic, turn up levels and VOILA! No messing around with hard to understand software....PLUS the quality is excellent - no noise floor and low low latency. I used to own a Focusrite Scarlett which was a nicely made unit but the software was horrible. This will work for me...

I purchased this unit do guitar and bass tracking offsite from the main studio. The sound quality is just as good as any other interface in this price range. Iām very happy with this product.

Just getting into recording my guitar and this little interface has changed the game for me. Being able to plug my emulated out on my amp into this lets ,e get the sounds I want recorded, without background noise. It makes jamming using JamKazam a breeze too.

It is easy to use, the meters are okay, but I do hear noise in this unit I don't hear in other units.

I love this interface. Small, lightweight, powerful, and gets its power directly via the USB C cable. So easy to use at home or to throw in a bag and use remotely. I love it and it sounds fantastic.
