This is the best you can get for a full HD tv in 2019. Also the refresh rate on this TV is amazing as it's really fast for gaming and keeping up to date consoles and watching films it's amazing. Thank you Argos for being the best.

Looked great
Unfortunately, because the TV doesn't have a scart socket, I am unable use it for watching television programs. My fault, I didn't read the specs thoroughly. Evan though it has not been used, it's exempt from the 30day return., I now will have an expensive TV for playing games on only.

Great TV, however there is an annoying quirk...
Can't fault the design and picture quality at all, with a very simple setup procedure, its use is a breeze. However there's an annoying quirk where, if you have an external speaker system (without its own remote volume control) connected to the headphone jack, you can't easily change the volume without going through a convoluted menu system (the TV does not sense there is something connected to the headphone jack, and let you use the volume buttons on the remote). Other than that, it's great.

Great tv.
Great tv, picture quality great, nice size. Would recommend a sound bar with it though as sound is great whilst watching recordings and DVD'S, but normal tv is not as good. Would still definitely recommend though.

No scart plug
You can not connect you DVD player as there is no scart plug or no were to connect a DVD. Did try tv as we took it but to Argos.

I must say this product is brilliant once set up. The picture is very good quality and so is the sound. Has all the connectivity required for my home. The only downside to this television is the set up process which I have never known a tv to have this sort of set up process. The other problem is that the instruction manual doesnt have to code I gain access to tune in the tv. To find it you have to go to the Phillips website. This product wouldn’t be good for a person with no internet.

The quality and ease of use is amazing.setup easy.
The Argos staff were amazing, getting me delivered a new set on the day my old set broke down: on a Sunday too! I am very satisfied with my new Phillips 43 inch TV. It was so simple to set up. The picture quality is wonderfull I am very satisfied with it and for the price I would reccomend it to any one.

My TV has an amazing and sleek design
The Philips 43 inch TV has a brilliant sized screen, absolutely perfect for movies and watching ordinary programmes. I recommend this brand due to the wonderful quality of this particular make. Although, unfortunately it does not connect to the internet wirelessly; you must use an ethernet cable. One other issue, is that the TV cannot pair with another devies, such as a Smartphone, to browse YouTube, or view images from a family vacation on such a large screen.
