Great Mouse, NO BATTERIES, Very reliable
I have been replacing all my $40 cordless mice with this one and I could not be happier. I own a small business and now own six of these mice with no complaints. Ordering two more today!

Corded Mouse Needed
My use has been somewhat limited as I have had only two days using this replacement mouse for my old cordless one that came with my new Mac. I don't like the Mac mouse or the need to replace batteries on a regular basis. The placement of the buttons and the general feel of this mouse is very nice. The wheel seems very responsive and the tracking is smooth. From what I can tell so far, the 4500 is an excellent mouse with a straight forward design for the price. I have only use it on a neoprene mouse pad, so I don't have experience on multiple surfaces.

Budget mouse needs better scroll wheel
A needed a budget mouse quickly because my Razer mouse was going bad and I needed something quickly. I'm also left-handed and it is *very* difficult to find a left-handed or comfortable ambidextrous mouse. The Comfort Mouse fits the hand well and it tracks reasonably well. But I hate the scroll wheel. The scroll wheel is smooth with no tactile feedback whatsoever. Argh. If you like a scroll wheel with tactile feedback (that ratchet feel), skip this mouse.
