Did The Trick!
I was a little wary of trying this in my Macbook Pro laptop (was worried I'd damage the optic lense) and the visible brushes glued to the disc were a little scary) but figured I had nothing to lose as the disc drive wasn't playing any DVDs anymore. While the on-disc instructions were hard to follow (I probably had it run longer than it needed to)...I just decided to eject it and see if it worked. It did! Hurray. Can now watch DVDs on my laptop again!

Maxell CD Cleaner
My wife's car CD player had been skipping when she was driving. Purchased the Maxell CD-340 cleaner from B&H after calling and discussing with a representative, who was very helpful. Received the order in 5 days as promised, and used it in the CD player after following the instructions on the CD and have not had any more problems since. Great product--great price!!!

CD 340 lens cleaner
I have not have had time to use it. Not sure how to use it. I have an very old Sony five disk changer that does not recognize the disk. Do I just put the lens cleaner in the place marked disk one and close the tray and see what happens? Thank you for any assistance you might be able to provide. Tom

This lens cleaner is great. My sony player had started to not read some discs and after one clean with the lens cleaner it now reads everything fine :-) 100% recommended. And buying it from B&H was super easy and a smooth process and it arrived quickly and im in the UK!

Works Fine
Maxell Lens Cleaner was bought for my car CD player. However, the CD player didn't need cleaning, as the laser had gone bad, so had to replace it. However, it did work on the CD player in my house.

Worked great. Even in my iMac.
I had been looking for a DVD player cleaner for my iMac. Many cleaner discs are to thick and could get hung in the player. This Maxell cleaner is only the thickness of a DVD and worked fine.

Dont know if the disc solved the problem, or if it even cleaned the lens. Operating instructions very unclear. Proceess seemed to take less than a second. Dont know if that was proper.

Works Great!
Simple and easy to use. Brought my daughter's Play Station 2 back to life. She's happy and I'm happy. Now I can use it on everything else.
