Best sound
This LG sound bar with the speaker kit is one of my best purchases. What a difference to the TV speakers, I have it connected via an HDMI cable to the ARC on our TV and it`s perfect, plenty of power as well. Set up is so simple it does it for you, we have an LG TV and the remote for the TV works the sound bar as well..

Good Sound Bar
I do feel this sound bar is a little on the large size for our 32" TV, but other than that we can't complain about it as it is a nice product.

This sound bar is great has good bass and even tho its in front off TV it still sounds like it's all round I got this as I like movies loud and brassy normal TV was good just not want I wanted for movies defo would recommend this sound bar to customers

Poor sound bar
This LG sound bar was bought to integrate with the LG tv and they paired well and remote works on both. But the sound level was poor and was not a patch on the hitachi sound bar I bought a few days before so back it went and now have the hitachi that is much louder with better base smaller and an all round neater package although the sound bar remote doesn’t work the tv or vice versa.

good sound bar for the money
sub-woofer needs access to mains socket as does the main unit. Connect unit with optical cable [not supplied] to TV. Sub woofer is picked up and paired straight away. I find the height of the unit interferes with the TV remotes signal to the TV thus meaning you have to lift the TV remote slightly higher than you normally would. sound is very good however, Overall though very pleased with purchase.

Awesome sound bar !
The sound bar is really nice, can be connected to the smart TV without optical cable ! Easy to setup. Wireless sub woofer can be placed anywhere in the room. Sound quality is awesome, dialogues are more crisp and clear than TV speakers. This sound bar works with LG Magic remote. Would definitely recommend this sound bar.

Im glad I bought it
Bought this to go with my LG TV. Easy to set up with the optical wire. I’ve linked up my phone and other devices via Bluetooth. My only issue is that it doesn’t sit well in front of the tv, also takes some working out how to get it sounding right with your tv as it can be too loud sometimes and worry neighbours will complain about us watching The Avengers. But on the whole.. I love it

Amazing all round sound!
This soundbar has totally transformed our tv! watching movies is now a real pleasure The sound we now get is never distorted and it is very clear. Easy to set up. Looks stylish. I would highly recommend this -not too expensive - sound bar.

Suprised by the quality of construction and sound
Bought this piece of kit for my grandson (15) who games a lot, usually with headphones on. The depth of sound this wee baby has added to his gaming enjoyment is phenomenal. What's excellent about it is that it can be easily set up to create an " I'm in the middle of the action feel" without disturbing the rest of the family or the neighbours. He mastered how to use it in no time flat. He likes the exposed speaker appearance (its cool looking ,he says). He deserves it he does well at school.

Very good indeed but not perfect.
The LG SJ3 soundbar is easy to set up and looks good in front of our 43" LG TV. It works well enough when connected to the set via Bluetooth but there was sometimes a very slight delay, putting picture and sound fractionally out of sync. This problem was eliminated once an optical cable was used for the connection. Bass response is excellent through the wireless subwoofer, especially in Cinema mode, but for me treble output from the tweeters could be greater to make speech clearer.

Awesome entry level soundbar
Just bought this for Christmas. Makes a huge difference to the TV sound. Low frequency bass from the sub is brilliant. Very loud. Can easily adjust how deep you want the bass to be. The sound bar is nice to look at and has a good clear sound to it. Nice to have cinema mode to enhance the sound even more for the movies. Only downside I have found it that u don't know what volume the system is on as it doesn't have a display.

Good soundbar for the price
It’s a soundbar offering good sound quality with a powerful 300W output. I was disappointed that it didn’t have an ARC input as this functions best and offers superior sound quality. Also there was meant to be an optical cable included however there was not. Other than that it is easy to set up and easy to use. I love the design, very different and even the sub has nice detailing.

Great sound
Sounds great connects with Bluetooth and/or digital optical I have it connected via digital optical cable to my lg tv it auto connects switches on with tv and can control volume via tv remote

Instructions could be better
Poor instructions, doesn't tell you how to set up using the 3.5mm jack input. For a claimed 300w, the sound is a bit thin, even when volume is at max.

The sound was clear but not very loud
We bought this as we have been struggling to pick up the vocals in programs, although it has been said that this could be due to the actual actors and how they mumble their words (bit the same as modern day kids!). The resound was a lot clearer, but when we tested the 300w RMS to see how loud it would go if we wanted to listen to some real good rock music we were very disappointed - the TV sound was louder, but more tinny. So we have taken it back for a refund which was no problem to Argos.

LG SJ3
Bought primarily as it was cheap. Read some of the reviews on here and was a little unsure due to people saying it isn’t loud or “bassy”. Well I’m not sure how loud or “bassy” you normally have your sound bar, but you’re neighbours must hate you. The sound from this is very loud for a regular sized room. I haven’t had the bass on the sub above 4 yet. In fact I rarely turn the sub up as for general listening, the bar itself is enough. Well worth the money.
