A huge upgrade
Coming from a TN panel Asus that was close to 13 years old this is a huge upgrade to go from 22 -- 34 Very happy with the monitor, picture is nice, clean, smooth. Would highly recommend this monitor to anyone else.

Better than using dual monitors
After years of using small monitors, sometime with two on my desk, I decided to go for a single large monitor. I got this 34 monitor at a good price on Black Friday. Very nice monitor
I use this monitor attached to a 27 5K IMAC and it is exceptional and allows full width viewing of large spreadsheets without all the scrolling. One thing I will say though is that you need to get the right cable. BH Photo recommended a Thunderbolt to HDMI cable which does not work. What is needed is a Thunderbolt to Thunderbolt cable and viola!... the monitor works like a charm.

Nice monitor in low price
I got this when it was on sale. I like the one button design. 2 thunderbolt port is good that I can plug my mouse and keyboard in monitor instead of in my laptop. Oval all it is a good deal

Great monitor!
Bought this to replace my two old 24 inch IPS monitors. This is my first ultra wide and I'm amazed by the screen and LG quality. My monitor came well packaged and does not have any defect. BY THE WAY, I really have to say that B&H is the best with regarding to the very excellent packaging. The only issue I noticed now is that the screen is kind flat. Due to the ultra wide, I wish it is a little curved. But otherwise, just great. Also, now I need to find an app to do windows management on my Windows 10 system.

Very good colors
I wanted to find a monitor that had good gamma/colors for photography but also be decent for gaming. This ultrawide fits that mold for me. Even at 60hz i haven't had issues in games. The colors really pop out nicely as well.

Didn't have high expectations
Expecations surpassed. Not a single dead pixel and the color is superb out of the box. Very happy with this monitor. I will say if you go any larger you have to go curved, but this is fine not being curved. This will be a great work mointor and you can't the price is unbelieveable.

Fantastic IMac Companion
What a great workhorse companion screen for my IMac 27. Enough real estate for 3 Adobe programs, emails, web browser and more. The resolution is great and matches perfectly with the IMac. One Thunderbolt connection does the trick. 10 stars!

Disappointed
Disappointed - I cannot connect my 2019 MacBook Pro 13 to this monitor using Thunderbolt 2 to USB C. The reason I purchased this monitor was so that I could use the monitor to connect to the MacBook and connect peripherals to the monitor. Really disappointing. The monitor itself is great, but you are paying a lot for the connection options that won't work.

Man is this monitor SICK! I love it. I am your typical dual 27 in monitor user. Primarily using for productivity, not gaming. Truly Amazing Piece of Kit
First off, Im not sure why this was discontinued but in 2019 it is still stunning in picture quality and has the right balance of price and clarity. I purchased this used from BH and was impressed by the new-ish feel. I deal with spreadsheets, audio/video editing, and watching media which this fits all needs perfectly. High cost /performance value
Not that perfect, but good value at this price. Still some need to improved, like: not support PBP for two thunderbolts/displayport; the only one toggle button need to improved; you need to press twice to turn off the screen; mechanical design make this huge screen unstable; no built in power transformer. Maybe try their new thunderbolt3 display.

Great widescreen Monitor
I have been looking at 4K and widescreen monitors for sometime and jumped on this one during a Black Friday sale. I use this for my home office and have it mounted on a wall bracket. Its much better than my other 27 4K LG monitor in terms of size and functionality. I love that it has built in speakers and a USB port that can charge my iPhone. Im not an expert on monitors but from what I can see, the picture is very sharp and clear. No fuzziness in the text or lines and movies look just as sharp. Very pleased with this monitor thus far.

Bought November 18, 2018 during a promotion on BH PHOTO Monitor was manufactured November 2017 Most information out there says this monitor wont overclock Im guessing there was a revision to the firm or panel because mine is solid at 75 hz. True Color Pro Software poorly documented
I use this monitor for photo and video editing. It is crisp and pretty accurate right out of the box once you tone down the contrast and brightness. I started using this with the X Rite iProfiler calibration software and photo prints were a pretty good match. I then discovered LG has their own calibrations software, True Color Pro. Good color accuracy, bad viewing angles.
This monitor is great and color accuracy is great. However, viewing angles are not so great. Also, they should include more than the four screws that are needed to mount it in case you lose one.

Why did i wait so long?
Honestly, i researched monitors for months and even though pricy it is so worth it and free shipping and no taxes sealed the deal with B&H. As a designer on both mac and pc to quickly switch between or side by side is amazing. And i didnt know it controls and shares 1 mouse and 1 keyboard which is a great surprise but still havent found compatable devices between platforms yet to utilize. Great Monitor for the price.
I do a lot of video editing. Primarily using Avid Media Composer and this monitor allows me to access to all of the tools I commonly use and I still have an more than adequately sized video image on both preview and program to be useful. I have even found it works well for most color grading that I work with. I previously worked with two 27 monitors and I was always struggling to get them to look the same. I shoot in 4K and master to HD. A great solution for my needs, I have had no issues of any concern thus far. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing monitor! I love all of the extra real estate for video and audio editing. Beautiful color once calibrated. I used the Spyder5PRO which worked flawlessly.May be overkill for normal computing tasks (i.e. web browsing, email, etc.) but for any specialized application it is a workflow enhancer. The software provided does a very good job of window organization and my 2013 MacBook Pro has no trouble driving it at full resolution. Very happy with this purchase.

Super Wide!!
I have two different LG wide screen monitors but this one is much better! Crisp and clear and so wide you have to turn you head! The two Thunderbolt ports in the back make it a snap to connect to my Mac Pro. Plus it has so many other connection types it will work with almost any computer. No DVI or VGA ports so if you need those old-school ports you'll need an adapter cable. Lastly it makes a great first impression in an edit suite which make clients feel good.
