Straight out of box and working in less than 5 mins, got everything on it i want, Prime, bbc player itv hub etc. Sound isn’t brilliant but new slim tv’s suffer in that department. Overall for the price it seems to be worth the money.

Absolutely brilliant picture
Love this TV, picture quality is fantastic and the sound is not too bad either, installation guidelines a bit sketchy but got there! Have this wall mounted in our farm kitchen and it looks great, remember to get a HDMI cable too though!!

Good picture and easy to setup.
Bought for an eight year old. We have no terrestrial signal so everything is via a digital signal. My daughter has been able to get to grips with apps available and watch her programs. I am impressed with the TV for the money

Took a while to set up but no issues. Picture sound ok, not outstanding but nothing bad. Easy to fit stand. Only used with sky since so can't comment on Netflix etc. However when setting up they worked perfectly fine.

No Bluetooth
Great TV for the price. Screen quality is great. Sound is average. My only warning is that there is no Bluetooth and the TV is not Alexa compatible. I took it as a given that a smart TV would have have Bluetooth but alas.

Great picture quality
Brought for bedroom, picture,sound is Great, lost a star just for connecting of additional items, though overcome by purchasing additional adapters. Inbuilt WiFi and like it has both standard TV Ariel and sat connection.

Brilliant TV shame about support
Takes longer to set up than you would expect navigation a bit clunky, Deciding on device to record difficult as LG support contradictory on USB sticks and slow to respond to email but once past that it's a good TV

Excellent, mid size smart TV
The great feature of this TV is the size. There are not too many smart TVs that are 28 inch so, for us it was the obvious choice. It is a great smart TV, with a wide range of apps available to download.

Great picture quality
Great little TV we bought for bedroom. It is very slim and had a great picture quality. Struggled to pick up our wifi for SMART features but that was likely to be much to do with our signal quality.

Good quality TV
Good picture quality for the size, I didn't want a huge set that dominates the room! The setting up programme was easy to follow and completed without mishap. Can't fault it. Would recommend.

Connectivity issue
This is a great budget smart tv, good picture and easy to use. However if you use any external dab recorders or older DVD players you cannot connect as the tv does not have a SCART input

A good TV
Very good picture but Sound is a bit tinny. It fits perfectly in our kitchen on the wall using the bracket purchased at the same time. Overall a very good television for the price.

The new LG 28 inch tv is a good buy. Sound quality is good on terrestrial tv. Might need a sound bar for playing music and watching Netflix. Overall a good tv.

Good product
Good picture & sound. Thin design for wall mounting. TV guide is slow to respond. Also it occasionally removes a channel, thereby requiring retuning.
