First class product, easy to install and connect
Very pleased with this product . TV delivered on day and time selected by friendly delivery man, easy to install and set up, picture quality and sound only problem is that I am now watching far too much tv lol

faulty smart tv
At first the smart tv perfomed well; sound and picture quality in particular. However after a few days, the Youtube app would stop ubruptly and completely shut down the tv. Recently the tv has started to shut down without going on the apps. Very disappointed as this is brand new

For the price this TV would be very hard to better £400 for a 55 inch TV is great value for money. You would pay an awful lot more for a 55 inch TV from the likes of Sony, Panasonic and Samsung...

Great TV
My first smart TV so I was a little worried about setting it up but I followed an Argos instruction video and everything came on as expected. Value for money, even thinking of getting one for the bedroom but maybe in a smaller size, 55 inch is a beast! but perfect for the living room.

Amazing but...
Everyone that has seen this TV is impressed by it. It is like having a small cinema in your lounge. Picture is amazing, sound is loud enough and clear enough for my use. It is used for streaming and gaming, I do not use it for live TV so I cannot say what it is like for that. Easy to set up and install, UNTIL you try to get it to connect to Alexa. It is not the TV that is to blame, it is the lazy programmers of the TV app who are at fault. 9/10 for the TV, let down by a very lazy app.

Pleased with purchase

Great tv, terrible stand
Loved the tv, however now taking it back as couldn’t get the stand to work. Hitachi even sent me another stand but it didn’t help. Shame as the tv itself was amazing for the price

Neat television
Changed due to sound playing up on old TV owned for nearly 11"years plus wanted a bigger screen so very happy.Easy to set up as we are not technology experts.Not purchased a TV before from Argos so hope it keeps going okay as it was such a bargain

Great TV for the price.
We looked for a cheaper television with a wider screen and this was perfect. We were surprised how good the picture and sound was! Easy to set up, easy to use. My only downside is that the remote isn't very responsive. But this might be a battery issue or an issue with our particular remote as I don't think anyone has had any trouble from the reviews I've read. Overall, really pleased with it and would recommend it.
