Rubbish, don’t buy!
Have only had TV less than two weeks and YouTube has frozen several times you can’t really do much until the TV decides it wants to respond. Settings and design very dated and picture quality is no way near as good as other popular brands. Never owned Hitachi (anything) before and definitely won’t again. Considering returning and exchanging for another.

Easy to set up, fabulous picture, so many channels
Looks great, so many more channels now we’ve finally upgraded from our old TV. Very easy to set up and operate.

Catchup services (itv) do not work (app faulty)
Liked the tv but the itv hub app is terrible. As soon as an add ends it crashes the tv. Same on the 32” ones too with a model number ending in A and without the Blue prime button on the remote. The versions with the blue amazon prime button on the remote work really well. Had to return my 43” and 32” units (bought 4 tv’s two were the updated models and 2 were terrible)f

Fantastic tv
Brilliant tv, easy to set up, sound and picture very good. I did check the reviews myself before I bought it and I wasn't disappointed, very pleased I chose this tv.

Does what it's supposed to
This TV does exactly what it's supposed too. I can watch TV programmes, connect to the Internet, watch Netflix etc etc. Is it the best? Nope probably not but it does me and for the price is reasonable.

TV is fine and works OK
The item was in stock - 0rdered it on line. The staff were very helpful and even explained and sorted the lifetime guarantee payments via my bank for me. By this time the TV ready for collection.

Looks Great.
Love this TV picture and sound great, Got a bit stuck setting it up! But phoned support and got it going in no time, The stand is a bit fiddly and awkward to attach, that took me longer to do than getting help to set TV up, But on the whole I’m happy with it would definitely recommend. Great value for what I paid for it.

Disappointed
The tv was returned to the store due to problem with the volume. We exchanged it for an LG tv that appears to be a 100% improvement. The staff in the store were very pleasant and helpful.

A good tv that installs itself. Slightly disappointing as I thought you could play, record and pause/rewind normal tv but this is only available when using Netflix etc

Right price for 42" Smart LED TV
Right price for for reasonable quality picture, and sound. Set up a bit more of a nuisance than should be. I needed to read instructions leaflet, but printed in such a small letters hard to find the information I needed for set up. It might be a SMART TV , but now I realised it doe not have Bluetooth; which I was hoping to pair the sound bar with, but I should have checked ,but just assumed it have Bluetooth loaded.
