Broke first day

Bought for daughter's birthday. The head band broke the first day, I took them back and got another pair they broke the next week . Headband again . Returned for refund. DO NOT BUY
Poor quality, easily broken

This product broke after a week of use. My son paid for these with money he had for his birthday but the head band snappy whilst he was placing them on his head (no excessive for used). He is absolutely gutted to have spent all his money and have nothing to show for it. Such a shame as the headset was initially very promising in terms of sound quality and volume.
Headset is a must buy product!

The product is really good for its purpose. Sound quality is top, really useful for games such as fortnite as I can hear foot steps from every direction which is important. Comfort could be a little bit better as I have fairly large ears so it’s tight and after a while it makes my ears hurt. But I would still recommend purchasing this product. Mic is top quality as well as it can be adjusted so it’s not too close to your mouth and also the actually headset can be adjusted to fit any head size.

I bought this headset for my son to play online gaming with his friends. As I'm not a gamer myself I didn't no how I would set it up but you literally just plugged it in and it connected straight away. They are really comfortable and light to wear and they have a good sound to them too. The price was quite good for what you got I would recommend to anyone to buy.

Bought this twice, on both occasions the headset has broke: couldn't hear friends or the game. To make sure it wasn't the headset, I checked with earphones and earphones worked fine (but wasn't a suitable alternative). Design: its ok. The colour of the headset is quite nice and gives the gamer colour touch. Shaped quite nicely, its a nice fit but let down by the microphone and the wire which appears to be flimsy. The microphone which is detachable is too long and instead could better off have been a smaller one attached to the side of the headset. The wire felt a bit flimsy and could suggest to why audio issues developed. Sound quality: not good. Was fine to begin with, but not the best until it start creating issues. Connectivity: ok. ... Bought these for my son for his switch. If you’re playing fortnite with these you need to do a bit of fiddling around with the sound settings on the switch to get mic to work. There is no fault with the headset, just reboot switch and turn headset volume settings on and off a couple of times to activate. Look the part and work well. Good noise reduction and comfortable to wear. Mic is adjustable which is handy.

I've given one star reviews as they don't connect so can't be tested. I brought for my grandson after reading the reviews and noting the comments about not being able to connect to old models. His x box was new about 18 months ago so assumed would be ok. Unfortunately he tore the box in his excitement to get them out so unable to return. i now have to buy an adaptor which costs more than the headphones or bin them. I also brought the insurance cover so that is wasted too. Very unhappy customer.

They are amazing headphones. I highly recommend this to parents that have children with consoles like PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch etc. My son currently uses this with his Ps4 and he is able to chat with his friends.

The quality of the headset is very nice, if you want to use it as headphones while out you can take out the microphone from the left which is very useful, my only problem with this is that the ear muffs are rather small which is not helpful as i cant fit my ears in properly

Purchased these head phones for my daughter who enjoys gaming with others. She has said the clarity is very good and everyone can hear what she says. We purchased the headphone stand with this and that I hope will make the headphones last, the sit on the stand perfectly, which is a lot better than seeing the headphones hanging of the bed/chair.

After purchasing this item, straight from the box you could hear other people but they couldn’t hear you tried every trick in the book but nothing worked, not even the instructions on the website. Eventually was told that the manufacturer uses inferior quality connections for the microphone but this needs to be confirmed. However if I could have given no stars for this product, I would have

Already played a few games of COD and been really pleased with these. So easy to setup (you literally just plug them in) and you’re good to go! I adjusted the volume settings on my Xbox (mix chat/game chat) to get the perfect volume for hearing people talk vs. the in-game sound effects. I don’t see any need to spend more money in headphones as these do the job. I would have liked wireless headphones, but honestly for the price I’m happy with these for a while!

Product delivered fast!!! Unfortunately microphone on headphones has stopped working after 2 days. However the sound is still working, through the speakers so you are still able to hear your game,movie. Overall not the best deal for me..

Struggled setting this up to use in online chat which is the only reason I purchased. I’m not sure if it’s the headset or if i have to go on console settings. its hasn’t Been just as simple as plug in and go. As a woman with no knowledge of Xbox’s or playstations it has been very confusing so my child hasnt used them yet.
