Bought these to drown out the sounds from neighbour's kids and to enjoy my music/television without disturbing other people. I had been loaned a set of very expensive headphones to try as an experiment but they were well beyond my price reach, so I read the Argos customer reviews and, along with my previous experience of Panasonic products, decided to chance these, and I'm so glad I did! Very good sound quality, maybe a bit too much bass, but good sound reproduction for the price. Very comfortable, even on my big head (fully adjustable headband), "single ear monitoring" too, an inline volume control is also included as well as the jack adapter for connecting to "older" equipment that doesn't have the modern mini-jack, all at a great price! To give you an idea how good these are: I was wearing them the other day, listening to the radio, when the doorbell rang and I went to the door, only to discover it had been a sound effect on the radio! So realistic and lifelike it has scared me a few times, like the footsteps approaching from behind......! If you want top end hi-fi quality and totally perfect reproduction then perhaps you'll spend your money on something more expensive. Me? I'll stick with these thanks, they are great and highly recommended for day-to-day use! Ps. They get a 4* rating from me purely because I'm pedantic and don't give 5* very often, don't read too much into that! ... More

Bought these as gaming headphones, didnt want to spend too much as they are just for my pc. Impressive! For the price these are excellent in build quality, sound quality, ear pieces are nice and cushy and lead is really long. I have worn these for 7-8 hours at a time before my ears get a little sweaty and itchy. If your looking for some good headphones to listen to music or play games then these are the ones, dont waste your money on expensive ones before trying these out first.

I bought these for my daughter and partner so they could listen to music and streaming on their laptops with out bugging me. They gave the earphones top marks for being comfortable and having good sound quality.

I bought these headphones based on other people's reviews on here, and I have to say I'm disappointed with them. On the positive side they have a really long cable which makes them ideal for watching films in bed, or listening to things whilst moving around. On the negative side though I found the sound to be very muffled on them especially when listening to music. I think when it comes to headphones, the more you spend the better the quality will be. I will keep these though just for the convenience of having a pair of headphones with a long cable. ... More

I bought these for someone who is hard of hearing to enable him to hear the TV, ended up going and buying another pair for the bedroom as they were such good value for the money. Sound quality is excellent and has it's own sound control on it. Also has extra long cable.

I've had lots of headphones and these are the best. I've paid 5 times more than these and nowhere near the quality as these. I listen to Trance so it's important i had quality bass, treble and a decent volume. These don't disappoint. Very sturdy, no slipping as lots of headphones annoyingly do. Very comfortable, i wear around 8 hours a day. Important that these have a long lead to prevent tangling that most other headphones do. Perfect product.

Bought these for our daughter to use in the car. She's only 4 & we really struggle with car journeys, especially long dirves as she has sensory issues. These block all other noise out & she can enjoy her music. The in ear type are too big for her but these go over her head nicely, don't pull hair & they completely block the surrounding sound out while staying comfortable for hours on end. Really impressed & for the price, it was a pleasant surprise :)

This is my second pair of Panasonic headphones. The length of cable was essential for me to be able to listen to my television of a night time so I do not disturb the other half or the neighbours. My 1st pair were used on a daily basis for years, so they had plenty of wear and tear and because I was pleased on how comfortable they were to wear I did not hesitate to buy another pair. If you accidently sit on them the earpiece will usually click back into place on the head band,

Got these for my son to use with his TV and he says they are very comfy, the sound is great, and the in-line volume control is very useful. I had a quick listen and was very impressed with the clarity of sound. Nice bass response too. Can't go wrong for the price!

Hi, I purchased these headphones to replace a pair of damaged Panasonic headphones. The sound quality is only average in my opinion; seems a tad muffled, overly bassey, & lack clarity/crispness. Comfort: Reasonably ok, a bit of a tight fit (or maybe I've just got a big head - lol). Style: Nice appearance & they seem to be well made, although time is always the better judge than mere first impressions. Reasonable for the price though.

I purchased these headphones mainly because the brand has a good reputation for quality and I am most pleased with the overall performance. The ear speakers are very comfortable although they are slightly smaller than my other old set and I would say my ears are a medium size. If you have large ears these may be not so comfortable. The sound is very good and with the volume control and long cable they are very versatile. They seem well made and have a decent thickness cable and the jack fits securely into my radio and my mp3 player..

Bought these last year for my son and they had worked fab until the dog pulled the cord and bent the jack. I was so impressed with them that I was happy to get a replacement set. The sound is pretty decent and for the price they are great. They have an extra long cable which is handy. I have bought many headphones for both my sons in the past and these have lasted the longest and I’d still have the original pair of it wasn’t for my loopy dog!

I have had this headphones 3 times and i do still love them, they are very comfortable in the ears, i think they have a good sound; great price, the cable its very long that i can go around the room, i dont know much about technology. the reason this is the 3rd time i bought them is because material of the ears crumble with time the last one i had them longer than 4 years so they do the job! recommended

Perfect on long haul flights, covers ears completely without pressure, Super powerful sound. In a recent flight I've even used them "off" as they are good to diminish the cabin noise. I had a few before, the only downside us that the thin faux leather/rubber dries out and crumbles after a year, two - and this is not from heavy usage, but it is due to the environment.

I purchased these headphones because I wanted a pair with a volume control, that and the good reviews and the panasonic name. It goes to show that relying on reviews cannot be entirely trusted, The sound quality is awful, it is muffled. When using with the TV, the bass sound of background music drowns out the characters voices. The fit is far too tight (and I don't have a big head). Compared to my similarly priced Sony headphones, these headphones are very very poor
