Google Nest Hub - Chalk
A great addition to my Google home group
Want particularly after a Google with screen but at the reduced price was a bargain. Screen quality and sound good. I was planning to have it in the kitchen for the ability to bring up tenuous etc in screen, but now I'm thinking about moving out to the living room because with it connected to my photos it's also like a digital photo Frame. Set up was easy - resuscitator if you've set up others before.

Using as an alarm clock.
This is ok. Purchased to give the Google platform a try as mostly have Alexa. You can play YouTube on this which is a big plus you can also stream to this very easily, however watching a full movie wouldn't be a great experience due to its size. The sound is reasonable for its size. I dont like the volume buttons on the back, awkward to use them. There is no camera. All in all works pretty well.

Really Impressed
I loved this Google Home Hub. I already own several Amazon Echoes and this supplements the gap. Echo uses Bing as a search engine and most questions it can't answer but Google knows everything. Recommend getting a Chromecast and you can stream Utube videos straight to your T.V Probably best if you have a Gmail account and it works straight out of the box once simply connected to your Wi-Fi.

Save money buy a mini
I have Google minis in every room plus chrome cast on my TV . The only difference with this one is that you can watch YouTube on it but you can’t search by typing, so it’s a hit and miss what google pulls up. Even worse is I brought 2 one for me and one my 74 year old mum & dad, very bad move in less you got a couple of years spare repeating everything you say 3536632667 times. Bless!

Nest hub looks good and sounds good
Sleek design and amazing quality desplay. The adaptive brightness on it is the best I have even seen on a touch screen device. The speaker is not as high performance as the Google home but it's more about the performance and touch screen abilitys. The microphone is sensitivity is good, and as standard on Google devices it comes with all the high performance Google apps and features

Great product from Google!
Another great product from Google Google makes it simple with a really easy setup, which takes seconds (as long as you already have a google account). Works very nice. The sound is not quite as good as a full Google Home, but I have linked this with my existing home in the kitchen. The sound is great coming from two places in the same room! Screen is very bright, and crisp.

Great piece of Technology
We bought it as a replacement for a DAB radio which we had in our kitchen and broke down. As users of Android phones, You Tube watchers and Spotify music listeners we absolutely love this device. It means I don't need to use my phone while cooking and drain the battery. Absolutely in love with this device. So simple and easy to use. Great sound quality and it is so much fun.

Great addition to the kitchen
After much deliberation opted to go with Google home rather than its competition. This a great device, sound quality isn't fabulous but easily good enough for playing tunes in the kitchen. Great for organising through synchronisation with your Google calendar and any shared calendars. As time goes on, and a little errm googling you get more and more out of this great device.

amazing product
bought this product for my parents for Christmas, absolutely amazing. so simple to set up and as we already have 2 google devices in the house it was also very simple to connect to the other devices. Takes quite a while to select photos for the background but everything else was perfectly easy to set up. really good sound and looks really slick and nice in the family room

Better than the Google Home and Home Mini
We already have both Google Home and Home Mini and we are fans of both, but there is a much greater functionality in the home hub and a much, much better speaker. It's really handy for things like recipes or viewing your agenda at a glance. Really easy to set up and use as well and doesn't stand out too much in the room. A really nice addition tot he home family.

Not as good as I thought
Recently bought this and thought you could get google apps up on the screen .You need to do everything via voice control to get what you want. I did manage to get my andriod phone connected to it to show Youtube etc. Not using it as much as I hoped. A good product but not as user friendly as I thought it would be. Maybe after some research it maybe more to my liking.

High quality screen
The product is well designed with an excellent quality screen. When you have a slideshow running, the pictures looks like it is printed on paper. Unfortunately, the sound quality is rather poor for music. Sounds very tinny and lacks in the bass department. The voice recognition is excellent and I get much more accurate responses when compared with the Amazon Alexa.

The perfect smart home assistant
Wow, I'm impressed in just about every sense of the word. It's like having an innocuous digital picture frame, which automatically updates with your photos as I take them. But then as soon as you touch the screen or say the magic hotword, you have a smart assistant which can control your home, answer your questions, play music, show you videos and so much more.

Handy gadget
Bought for my wife, honestly for the price (bought in a sale) it is brilliant. Now have it controlling lights and smart sockets on command. Only downside is it does not connect to Apple Music (no massive shock as Apple aren’t always the most forthcoming). Can stream music from any device and use Apple Music that way (basically as a Bluetooth speaker from phone).

Home hub
Excellent Google home hub, got it for the kitchen as already have a Alexa in the living room. Home hub is far superior if you need to ask or find anything and easy to set up your Google diary to it as well, handy to ask current travelling time to somewhere if you need to make a journey. Also very good for recipes when cooking, with the added benefit of pictures.

Great gadget
This is the second Google Home Hub I've purchased, as I was so impressed with the first, I've now bought one to replace my bedroom alarm clock. The functionality is great, with the ability to control smart lights, plugs etc. It's necessary to read-up online to really drill down to the full functionality of the product. All in all, thoroughly recommend.

Google Home Hub, Centre of the Family
After looking at several shops, Argos was not only the best price but also gives a great peace of mind with its customer service and support. We use the Hub along with Google devices for work, research and general knowledge questions but one of the best things is to send little voice messages to the family in the rooms around the house. Great fun!

Great at understanding natural language
Easy to setup and use and seems better at understanding natural language than the Amazon equivalents. Particularly love pre-set routines such as “Good Morning” that greets me, tells me the weather and my commute time and then gives the news headlines! Easy to integrate with smart plugs and hive heating. Also hooked up with my Spotify account

Google Home Hub
This is the second home hub I have. one for the kitchen and one in the bedroom. The kitchen display is great for displaying recipes and the bedroom one is great for drifting off to sleep to classic fm. You can control all your smart devices from this display. If you have smart devices in you home, this is the simplest way to control them.

Nice addition to the range
I have Google homes, a Google Mini and now the hub. I am pleased with the Hub as the visual element is nice to have. The screen may be smaller than you would expect and the sound is closer to the mini which is a bit of a disappointment but overall I am very happy with it. Works really well as a photoframe for all those never displayed photos.

Pixel 3a - Great Value
Great phone for price. Also come with free Google home hub which made it even better value. Changed from iPhone and best decision transfer of data so easy, box includes all required leads. No headphones included but can use iPhone head phones. Charges extremely fast and battery life is good. Back doesn't feel like cheap plastic at all.

Better than echo
I bought it to replace my echo as it’s voice recognisation was bad and I’m pleased to say this is a lot better at understanding me and has a smarter ai actually being able to handle multiple commands. I love it. The screen is very clear and the ambient light mode so it changes depending how bright it is to match the room is very nice.
