So easy to set up
We now have these in every room and couldn’t be happier with them. So very easy to set up as a system and great sound. Would highly recommend them and have bought extra as presents. Such an easy way for the house to come alive with the sound of music and the ability to make announcements definitely saves my voice!

Easy and quick to set up, it’s so easy to use with great sound quality in such a small unit. It looks good and doesn’t take up much room. So it’s perfectl for any room in your home. Plus it’s a steal at the price !

great for questions
this is a great little device, sound is ok for speech and not that much below the series 2, the mic pick up is excellent, and whilst it suffers (as do all google units) from pronunciation issues (it says radio five "liv" instead of "lieve") and it's excellent at answering general questions that alexa can't (or wont) but if you want it for more i'd have to recommend the echo dot (also available here) as in terms of overall functionality alexa beats it by quite some margin.

Successful secrets Santa present.
Best present ever! I gave it in two secrets Santa occasion and everyone was so excited about it. I have a few myself and I use those everyday to control all my lights in the house, the Christmas lights, play games, listen music and much more... I have a few pre-sets as "ok Google good morning", then Google home will broadcast in the house the news, weather, time to get to work and play my morning coffee playlist.

Stylish and straightforward
Really easy to set up and can connect to a range of devices. Swapped easily on to the Bluetooth speaker in another room with all its functions still usable. Great!

Looks decent, easy installation
Worth it if you have smart lighting, get one in every room and you will see a lot more benefits. Imagine not having to stand up to turn lights on/off.

Amazing speaker
Keep in mind that it’s best viewed as a supplement to the Home family, not the foundation. This device’s specialty, aside from being oh-so smart, is mainly to reward those who are already within Google’s Cast-enabled walled garden with a cheap, new device. Yes, the Google Home Mini is less than half the price of the larger Google Home, and half its size, too; however, it just doesn’t sound like we’re getting half its performance – we’re getting something a bit less.

Amazing!
Purchased one after my dad recommended it, absolutely love it. Good sound quality, plays exactly the song I ask for, tells me good morning whilst giving me the news and weather for the day, can call on it. Have already recommended to a friend who went straight out and purchased one!

Okay, not great.
Sound quality is great, easy to connect devices, great for alarms, checking wheather and calendar events. Where it stumbles is the music side of things. You can only play specific songs if you have Spotify premium which is really silly. I wanted this as a music device but having to pay extra for a spotify membership does not seem worth it.

It's not the best, but it is definitely worth it.
It is great but is greater if you have it connected to other smart devices in your household or accounts and it makes life easier. The sound quality isn't the best but the small price of this product certainly makes up for it.

Google home mini
This is an excellent way of starting out in home automation and having a very easy access to a world of information. The voice recognition is remarkable their is no need to raise your voice to be heard. Its ability to link to other home automation products is excellent but even if you just want internet access by just talking it is worth buying. Argos is a competitive price and seems to be in stock everywhere

Excellent piece of technology
This was a gift for my mum’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. She found it so easy to use, the connection is fast and the sound quality is definitely better than our Alexa’s. Definitely would recommend, compatible with all phones too!
