Great little help around the house
I really enjoy it for reminders and timers when I am cooking. Along with this, the sound range is very good and is loud when you want it to be so would definitely be good for some parties.

Best Smart Speaker
Bought the Google Home Mini as a replacement for Alexa after getting frustrated with its lack of basic functionality (it couldn't even understand converting lbs to KG, thought I was trying to convert GPB to weight :/). Google Home is a lot smarter, we use it to control the TV and lights, as a speaker for podcasts and music, and for setting timers and reminders. Works great for all that and without the frustration of the Echo Dot

Essential for a smart home
I have three of these now. They're great for playing music all around your home and activating the smart assistant. I love my whole system and they're a vital part.

Easy to add to existing Google Home.
Easy to add to existing Google Home via in my case the Android app. As advised in documentation place away from any other speakers ,tv etc you have as the device can struggle to hear you over any other noise.

Great look, price and sound
I bought this as a gift for my mum and she is really happy with it. It was a great price and has good sound quality to say how small it is. Only thing I didn’t like about it is that it was quite a faff to set it up but once set up it’s very simple to use. Definitely worth buying

Cool Device
Really good gadget. Great for waking up to the radio and setting alarms for everything. Connects easily to Chromecast and other Google Home speakers. If you have a Chromecast you can play Netflix with voice control. One downside is there is no 3.5mm jack. so you can't connect to external speaker or use earphones. You can connect your phone via Bluetooth.

Brilliant bit of kit - we now have three
Got one to leave on in the kitchen overnight for our pets and then got another two for our bedrooms - just tell it how long you want it to stay on for - excellent sound quality

The mini home is great
Straight out of the box, plug it in, it informs you to download the app, once this is done the mini home communicates with the app, you are the up and running.

Mini home Google
Very easy to set up not many instructions with it but it does tell you when you plug it in what to do yes you have got to pay for Premier music but once you do that you download the music and make playlists it's quite good cause now I listen to a lot more music then I used to as I could not be bothered to drag my computer out all the time to do it

A great value smart speaker!
Having tried both an Echo Dot and this, I certainly enjoy the interconnectivity of the Google Home Mini. It works seamlessly with my android phone and Chromecast, and having access to my Google play music library is excellent. The speaker isn't quite as full sounding as an echo dot, but certainly more than adequate and the speedy response times more than make up for it.

Fantastic Google Home Mini Hub
This offer price is so good and now I have had a go of the hub it was so easy to set up and fun to uses afterwards, check out the weather, the news, play music and even ask for joke, very cool gadget and now I want it in all my rooms.

As the little ones start having lots of questions about the world, science, etc., we thought this could be very good addition to the family so that they can fine their answer easily whenever they want. So far, it is great. Sound quality is fantastic. Kids love it.

Easy and useful
Bought to replace an alarm clock that was difficult to programme and had poor sound, the Google Home mini looks good and just set itself up as soon as it was plugged in. Took a little while for me to work out that I have to ask for a radio alarm and then it asked me what time and which radio station and it was all set. I can ask it for the weather forecast and correct time. It's easy and useful. Very happy with the Google home mini.

Great little speaker
These speakers are very small, unobtrusive and portable. Ideal to have several speakers providing a multi-room sound system. Sound quality is impressive for such a small unit.

Had to return it
The product was meant to be used as a speaker as well as a way to set reminders for me as I struggle to remember things as times. However the product does not work with any type of wifi that has additional verification (I'm at university) and whilst trying to set it up it would not shut-up about needing to be set-up. If you need a speaker like this and have a short amount of patience I would recommend another product.

Just wow
So everyone seen basic things Google can do. But as an example of amazing stuff.. I've progamed it to flash the living room lights when my Argos delivery driver is on my road.. or when I get near my front door.. unlock all doors.. Turn lights and tv on put the kettle on if it's 2 c turn the heating on..or as the space station passes overhead change the house colours in time with passes.. .. it's not just lights on lights off... it's now company,,an assistants and a friend .

Google Home a good buy
I bought this to supplement the larger Google Home device, for use in a different part of the home. It’s very slightly slower to respond, and of course the speaker is smaller. But it works very well in a room about 4 metres square.

Easy to use and set up!
Really good item easy to set up and use! Bought one for my uni flat to help with remembering my calendar and to connect to the speaker. If you have a good sound system that is bluetooth then you can link the two and play music just using your voice! Would recommend.

Amazing!
We do have an amazon Alexa and bought this Google joke for my Grandad, I just say I prefer the google home! It is so easy to use with loads of functions, the games are great fun and the home just lights up. The app is complicated at first but once you’ve explored it it’s all so simple to use with a quick and easy set up. Love it!
