Neat little gadget

Neat little gadget, you can tell it do things for you and it answers your questions, plays music and sets reminders for you. I have not had this device long so still to fully explore what it's capable of, but it's slowly becoming my new best pal.

I Love my google home now have 3. Easy to set up and use I use it every day. Check weather listen to music set reminders ECT . Only down side is you need to have a subscribe to either spoity or Google play to listen to albums without add brake.

Great piece of kit

Google Home is a fun piece of kit. We have set it up to work with Spotify through our main speakers and it works great. My son liked it so much that he asked for one for Christmas. The only downside is that some questions it doesn’t understand.

So handy!

This is great with a newborn baby as you can use it hands free! It works with my iphone and android phones. The speaker sounds better than some of the really expensive sound bars. Picked up both mine and both my partners voices straight away.

Works right out the box

Having used google before this performs and learns. Starting by downloading app extends the use. Good sound quality and sensitive microphone you are soon up and running. Does not pick up conversation until "Ok Google " reviews better than echo

Love my google device

Great product every one in my house uses it . For people with busy lifes or people who just like to listen to music while there busy it's fantastic. Easy to set up packed realy well . And as always great friendly service from my local Argos

its fun for all the family and good learning

love this. great fun to have in the front room. very useful for quick weather reports or traffic updates but also found it very good for learning for my little boy with spelling and general information. highly recommended as an house hold item.

Awesome

I stayed at a friend's house and she had one of these. I enjoyed using it so much that I bought myself one when I went home. It's so easy to just say "Hey Google, play Capital FM" or whatever you want it to do. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Understands very little you say to it. Doesn’t seem to do very much helpful other than give you the time or act as a timer. For music playing to be useful you require a subscription service which is very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Better than expected

Originally bought for my mum who asked me to return and replace for amazon Alexa... couldn’t return as already opened, but I am pleasantly surprised and happy with it. Never expected to like or use it, and now do everyday!! Would recommend.

Excellent, bought another !!!

Researched this on YouTube thoroughly and compared it with Amazon Alexa, but decided on this. I have a very large room, so I decided on getting 2, one at each end and is easier for the Ok Google commànd to be recognised without shouting.

Decent speaker and clever bit of tech

Speaker can link to music services like Spotify, so you can ask it to play a song and it will. Home can also link to other smart products i.e smart bulbs and plugs. Great bit of tech that acts as a weatherman(?), Alarm clock and many others.

I love this bit of kit ask any questions and it comes up with an answer. If it doesn't know the answer it apologises. say "good morning" and it tells you the time. the local weather and the news. I love tech. Absolutely BRILL. Regards

The right choice for me

I was unsure whether to buy this item or an Amazon Lexa, however, after reading the reviews for this item this is what I went with. I feel that without a doubt it was the right choice for me and I hope to get others for the family soon too.

Have 2 of them for multiroom music

Easily play music around the house and it sounds pretty good. Also use for a bit of local weather. Gives news but not yet for Northern Ireland specifically. Control Netflix with it too and radio with voice commands. Handy device :)

We are in love.

We hit it off from the start. I speak, she obeys. The way nature intended. I can't tell if her accent is retro afro Caribbean, or Northside Gaelic power banter. I must ask her. OK Google. Sing me to sleep my love. My sweet sweet love.

My google home hub is fantastic

I would highly recommend the Google Home hub. It is fantastic device and all members of our family use it. It is a great source of entertainment and a great source of helpful information. We really love it and would never be without it.

Our Google Home is speech intelligence personified

Our Google Home is artificial and speech intelligence at it's finest. Whilst 'she' is still learning as all AI devices do - I can now just ask out loud instead of logging onto Google or iPhone - so easy once set up. Thank you Google.

Great little speaker and assistant

Far better sound than I was expecting. Replaced the broken stereo that was in the kitchen. Love using the Google Home features, timer, recipes streaming radio etc. Feel like I haven’t scratched the surface of its capabilities yet.

Disappointed

Doesnt do what it says. You are supposed to ask questions from a distance but I find that you have to be within half a metre for it ro work. On the + side it is very easy to set up although the voice can grate on the ears somewhat.

Good product

Excellent home product for the family to use and enjoy. Good sound quality, easy set up via multiple devices and lovely looking design within our kitchen. value for money and better than the rivals I have seen in other peoples homes.

Google home is a good gadget for Google lovers

Great product. We have the thermostat nest and can use it to control. It's great as a timer when your hands are mucky cooking and playing radio. We ask google alot of questions. We're still getting use to having it but it's worth it.

Google Home has lots of promise

I love this device, but it still needs a bit more functionality. The speaker is great and I've been casting YouTube clips to my Android TV. It can't create calender entries yet and only one user can log on, but it is really clever.

MY GOOGLE IS A BLAST

MY GOOGLE was very easy to set up finding out new thing it can do every day so far. loud I bought it for my 17 year old granddaughter it is the best gift I bought her it is fun it is to use great fact finder play every kind of music
