Bought the drone earlier this year and absolutely love it. Picture quality is great, easy to fly, and another step in my photography. Well worth it.

Disappointed
We received our order in a week. But the battery that came with the drone was no good. So we couldnt even use the drone until we receive another one after we mailed the defected battery back to the company. We still waiting.

Great Quad BUT..........
This is the second DJI Mavic pro I have owned. The 1st I lost because of a compass malfunction . That is another story with DJI. The Simulator is Horible!
There is a drone simulator built into the app and drone that lets you fly a simulation of the Mavic to get a feel for it. I tried to use the sim before I bought the Mavic but you require real hardware (the actual drone, not just the controller) to run the sim. I was VERY disappointed with the sim. Lots of fun
My first drone, so Im no expert, but this is easy to fly and lots of fun. Battery life seems rather short. You need to put a fresh charge on them before flying. I bought a spare and the two seems to about equal one charge on the controller. Pictures and movies are great. I havent tried all the features yet, but Im looking forward to that.

DO NOT BUY
When it works, it is exceptional but DO NOT UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE. There is a design flaw in the controller firmware upgrade process. It causes the fan to stop and the board to overheat and fail. My perfectly good controller is now a brick. DJI will not stand by the product and wants $270 to repair it.

Fantastic Drone!
Ive owned the Mavic Pro since I could get my hands on one after it was released and I found it to be more reliablethan my Phantom 4Pro. This little drone handles superbly and rarelylooses singal. I have pushed this drone to the limbitsand I can say that this was my drone of choice until its successor came to the market.

Mavic aircraft was received in excellent condition but one of the batteries arrived dead on arrival. I needed to contact BNH they took care of the battery situation immediately. I received a new one in about a week

Bad battery with new drone
Overall the mavic pro is nice. I did receive a bad battery and I am dealing with DJI still to get a replacement. That is pretty disappointing when receiving a brand new drone.

My First Prosumer Drone
Everything arrived as expected. The equipment connects to the DJI Go 4 app effortlessly. Calibrating efforts met expectations. I have to fly it to really put it to the test. But with all of the set-up processes being completed satisfactorily, I expect the same with the Mavic Pro from B&H once I launch it!

Pretty amazing
Just starting out with drones. This is easy to control for first timers and love all the features. Definitely recommend. Video quality is great as well.

Mavic Pro
A great little machine. Easily controlled - does what it is supposed to do, and B&H made the whole kit affordable. Only down side is the additional rotors sent do not match the size of the rotors supplied with the Mavic from DJI. Recognizing they were complimentary, I cant be too concerned. They are, however, not useful

Great Drone
This drone was everything I expected and then some. I have only one complaint. The battery that was shipped with the drone was completely DOA. DJI has horrible customer service as well. Other than that issue, Im having a blast with it.

Super Sweet
I bought this in 2018 so I guess it would be old technology but this thing is still legit in 2018. I would just recommend not flying this indoor tight places. I sliced my finger trying to fly it around my apartment. Not the best idea.

A recomedable drone of good quality
An excellent, stable drone, easy to transport and with an image quality is acceptable, good. I give it 4 stars because the battery life of the remote control compared to the Phantom 4 is very low, every three flights I have to charge the remote control. And another thing is that sometimes if you do not take a good look the shot is out of focus, that did not happen to the Phatom 4.

Great Starter Drone Package

Amazing!!!!
Great flying drone. Easy to setup and connect to call phone. Its easy to fly and has so many advanced features. The images quality is broadcast ready.You need a smartphone to truly use all of the benefits this quad can offer. READ THE MANUAL before you fly. There are a lot of settings to adjust flight controls, camera, and the gimbal. Buy it with the extra batteries. Easy to fly, long flight range, very stable, 20 minute flight time, auto land, auto take off, return to home if signal lost or if you panic This is an excellent product.

Battery wont charge
Unfortunately, right out of the box, the battery wouldnt charge. Some internet searching trying to figure out what I might be doing incorrectly led to a discovery that this is a fairly common issue so the low rating is for poor quality control by DJI. B&H directs customers to return the battery to a company called Gradus Group.

First Drone
The Mavic Pro came with a bad battery, but B&H and a third party did a great job replacing it. Ive only flown it once, but it did everything I asked it to do. The DJI instructions are a bit tiresome to figure out. There are a number of manuals to read and many, many instructional videos to view, but actually flying the drone and creating images and videos is easy.
