Excellent Deal on an Excellent Monitor
No dead pixels or bright spots, good color uniformity, much easier on the eyes than my old TN display. Use for programming, office work, and light graphics. Displayport MST is working great (make sure you turn it on on the source monitor, or you'll just get screen mirroring!!!) USB ports are daisy chained too (multimonitor setup). Everything is working great. I've been eyeing these for some time, and the fantastic price on B&H sealed the deal.

Reliable monitor, easy setup, and sharp picture
I bought this as a second monitor for an iMac based setup, and it's better than my original iMac monitor! The image is super sharp and the brightness and contrast are easily adjustable to fit my needs. When I upgrade my system to a Mac Pro, I will definitely purchase a second one of these monitors for a two screen sections. It was easy to set up with the HDMI cable into my OWC thunderbolt hub. A perfect addition to a home editing system.

I like thin bezel but,
For, DELL, I bought U2718Q from Dell at the same time. This InfinityEdge is thin bezel but build quality is not same as other dell monitor. I tried to replace one time but it's the same. It seems like product itself have bad build quality. FOR B&H, I'v got open box from B&H after RMA service. Also, package was really dirty and damaged(not inside). I don't recommend to buy monitor from web which is bad handling from delivery service.

Functionality, style and quality rolled into one
I'm sorry I waited this long to get it. One of the guys at the B&H store recommended this as a good value. I had no idea it would be this nice. I do editing on Photoshop and watch Netflix, Hulu and the like. The image quality is unbelievable, the small beveled edge looks great and the fact that you are able to raise. lower and tilt the screen is awesome. Like I said quality, style, functionality and of course value.

Perfect for prosumers and consumers alike
Used this to run my mac mini. Since I didn't have a 4K capable GPU, needed the best monitor below 4K. This produces a fantastic image.. antiglare is great for bright, sunny rooms.. colors are fantastic. There is a better version for professionals who need perfect color reproduction and fine tuning.. while I am a highly discerning consumer, I'm not a pro, so I the extra cash is better in my pocket. Great value.

Great monitor
I love it. It's a great monitor. Perfect in every way. Very well made. It comes standard with a DPMDP cable, so if your computer doesn't have an MDP port, but does have a DP or HDMI port, be sure to have a DP or HDMI cable. In my case the computer had an HDMI port, so when I got an HDMI cable and hooked it up to the monitor's HDMI port, I was rocking and rolling with the best monitor I've ever used.

Great Dell Monitor
I've used this monitor now for close to a month . . . it exceeds all my expectations. Well built, rugged [shipped from New Jersey to Texas], color and clarity are superb. I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, both work exceptionally well using this monitor. I could not be more pleased. Plus, I saved $100 off the Dell price for the same monitor! Oh, setup was easy. User manual is on the provided disk.

An excellent pair of monitors
Great price on a pair of high quality color accurate monitors. Very rapid delivery (free three day FedEx). The color match of the two is almost perfect without calibration. The thin bezel is a great addition from my earlier Dell IPS 27 inch pair. I love the ability to daisy chain the mini display port cables (that are included), but you have to turn on that capability as it is turned off by default.

A good monitor, It feels flimsy. (very)
I really like using this monitor. I have been using it for 2 years. It is an upgrade from my Dell Ultrasharp 2709W That I purchased in 2009, it still wotks. This monitor the U217D works well, it it is not built as sturdy as my old monitor, which still works. I like using the display port. I know there is a big tendency to give every online review 5 stars, but it isnt happening here 3 start.

Beautiful monitor
It was time to finally get a monitor and after some research I settled on this one. Wow. The thin bezel is incredible and gives the monitor a very beautiful modern look. The screen is great for all my design and photography work. It's not so bad for gaming either, but I am not a serious gamer anymore so take that with a grain of salt. I love this monitor and wish I could justify a second.

Nice monitor with reasonable price
Pros: I bought this monitor with a very nice promotion after Black Friday. This monitor is good for daily office work and gaming as well. It's color-calibrated, so you should not worry about the accuracy of color presentation. Cons: It's sort of an old monitor. It was firstly released in 2017 and has been in market for more than two year. You should be aware of that before you buy it.

B&H always stands behind their products
I bought this monitor a year ago and it is great. I decided to replace my older NEC as a secondary monitor with another one of these. Unfortunately the first one shipped displayed a half inch black band down the middle of the screen. No worries, I used the B&H return process and they swapped it out for a new one. No problems with the replacement so far. All good pixels.

Connection problems
This monitor has horrible connection ports. It is always losing connection through both the power and the DP ports. I am very careful to not even breathe on the stupid thing - it just loses connection for no reason. I am finally returning it. Really, avoid this if you hate unreliable products. It is lovely when it works, but, dang, I despise things that don't work.

great monitor, 'infinity edge'...not so much
great looking monitor, picture is crisp, clear and the screen isn't glossy. Large enough for multiple browser screens and a refresh rate that is great for gaming. My one complaint is the misleading name, 'InfinityEdge'. While the frame is thin there is still a .25 border around the screen which effectively is a frame and not what I would consider an Infinity Edge.

Highly Recommended
For this resolution (2560x1440) and screen size (27in) it is an excellent display. Connects out of the box with a MacBook Pro (mid2015). No problems there at all. Love the matte screen. Great monitor for the price
Overall, the Dell U2717D is a great monitor. Resolution and screen size/quality are top notch. Has plenty of inputs of all the necessary types, but the only thing that would make it better is if it had (a) a Thunderbolt input and (b) had some sort of internal speakers (even if moderate quality). Overall, very happy with my purchase

Dell UltraSharp monitors - love'em
I switched to Dell UltraSharp monitors many years ago and have always found them to be or me the best in quality/price/performance. My only regret on this particular monitor, which I like and is very good, is that I didn't check out all the other 27 UltraSharp monitors. I might have selected the 4K one over this one. My bad.

Ultra sharp says it all
Very sharp display which assists greatly when processing images. Easy to install, though I had some difficulty that was not really a monitor issue. My hdmi to hdmi cable could not be recognized and I eventually found that flipping the ends was the solution. A simple fix that took hours to find. Very pleased with the monitor.

Great bang for the buck
I was looking for a replacement for my Apple 30" Cinema Screen and as a long time Mac user, a Dell monitor would seem like a strange choice. But what a surprise! This monitor is fairly accurate with color rendition and the non-gloss screen is easy on the eyes while still maintaining good contrast. And such a bargain at $410.

best 27 inch 1440p from DELL
top of line build quality, a lot of ports, plus 3 year warranty. color adjustment capability For my personal taste, i like the color more blueish, less greenish. I used preset mode customized color, adjust Red to 95%, Green to 85% and blue remain 100%. brightness 80%, contrast 75%. Now my eye is happy. Highly recommended!

Great monitor, questionable shipping
This monitor was purchased to complement one of the same model I purchased a few years ago. While the monitor is great, I was dismayed to see that B&H shipped it in its original retail packaging with no exterior protection whatsoever. The monitor was not protected at all so I'm glad it was a relatively short trip.

Great monitor
This monitor is a vast improvement over my previous dell monitor. I use it for office work and photo editing. The increased resolution and matte screen reduce eye strain and reproduce colors accurately. The stand is sturdy, well balanced and multiple connections make setup a breeze. Happy with this purchase.

I'm not very happy with the purchase! before sending the monitor, the store checks the goods! I got a monitor with a damaged matrix!...The store should be responsible for such bad goods and should not sell them to customers....never again buy these monitors is the worst choice! very bad bad bad monitor....

Dell ULTRASHARP U2717D 27 QHD MNTR w/STAND
Monitor came flawless, no dead pixels. sRGB preset came pretty much calibrated from the factory. I did re calibrate it with my i1Profiler. My old video card did not support the resolution of the monitor and I had to purchase a new video card. It works flawlessly and has great color and resolution.
