Really impressed
Like others mention the size of this speaker is really small, about the size of a box of after eight mints. Build quality is really good and it is a solid but small bit of kit. The all important sound quality is what matters, this delivers. I play a variety of music from rock to classical and the instrumentals come across beautifully. One and only gripe is that when charging on the cradle it is easy to miss align the unit with the charging station hence 4 for design.

Unreliable
Sent back 2 units that had aux input problems. Seems to be a common theme with this model. I bought a Marshall Stockwell to replace them and that is awesome.

Great sound from this speaker
I am very happy with this Bose Bluetooth speaker. Pretty good bass considering the size. Lousy voice prompts (robotic) but don't really care. Comes with charging base, mains adaptor and micro USB connecting lead - but wish it was USB-C..(micro USB just seems so fragile). Heavy metal! No, not the music, the speaker is quite weighty but I guess that's due to design. I can't comment on battery duration but have played it for a few hours at reasonably high volume and still had charge.

Top quality, very bassy
These little Bose speakers have been around a while but are still among the best. Excellent quality unit with surprisingly good sound and volume. Base may be just a tad too heavy but overall very good.

Excellent Product
It is rare I find a product where I wouldn't change a thing, however this is one of them. The sound produced is something I would expect from a much larger system. The connection has never dropped. This was an alternative product to the Pure Evoke D6 as it had a poor signal and the Bluetooth was frustrating. The Bose is a much better product. I actually heard this unit in a Bose store and the difference in sound to the Series III is absolutely minimal. I would advise this model.

Bose quality shines through
Not being a techie I recall problems years ago with getting Bluetooth devices to connect - not with this... Pop the speaker on it's charging dock and switch it on... Turn on Bluetooth on my Mac which recognised the Bose immediately. One click later and my music collection is booming out of speakers which based on their size shouldn't be able to sound like that... Great product. A bit on the heavy side, so I won't be travelling with it.

Wow!
I bought this a present to myself as it was on offer. I wanted something to have in the garden which I could also use it whilst cooking in the kitchen. It's has crystal clear sound with excellent bass and absolutely no distortion. The battery takes 2-3 hours to charge and lasts for around ten. My only issue is that I have to manually connect my iphone to it each time as I don't keep it's bluetooth switched on permanently. If you love your music, you will not be disappointed!

I can't believe the sound that comes out of this
I recently bought a new philips 55" 4K smart tv, all the reviews said the sound wasn't great as with most thin TV sets, I also had a Samsung wireless sound bar with sub woofer. The problem I had was the tv was very tinny and no matter what presets I put the sound bar on it was too bassy (if that's a word) So I've bit the bullet and got the bose speaker, wow! It takes up no room on the shelf, it's stylish, it has a charging dock it sits in and the most important bit the sound, it fills the room!

Hats off to Bose. This speaker is Awsome Amazing sound for such a compact unit. Crystal clear with deep base, So simple to use and the dock is also a charging unit It even talks to you :-) Couldn't be without it now. Would highly recommend to everyone

Fabulous!
Brought this for my husband for his birthday, and he loves it. Great sound quality, goes quite loud with no distortion, easy to use and you can connect to your phone/iPod etc. It's not too big either so can be used all over the house and it's portable. Very pleased

The fact that one can connect several devices on the Bose speaker with little or no fuss is great. When you are either calling out or get an incoming call, it tells you who is calling makes it a bit of funny smart tool. Sound quality from a little man like this speaker is epic
